They installed a spa for us, the hot water doesn't work, and then they realized there was gas leak under the ground. They have to dig dirt up and replace the pipe underneath the ground. Although COVID impacted this project in the beginning, the series of construction activities thereafter were less than ideal (weeks of delays, subs not showing up, etc). Their recommended concrete contractor used styrofoam where mastic would go which we thought was temporary. Concrete sub says they don't do that and Royal states it wasn't in the contract. Imagine that!!! A pool surround with no mastic!!! Although, Royal said they would recommend a vendor to do the mastic for additional costs because the nearly $200,000 wasn't enough.
