This company just farms people out.

Ricky responded quickly, had a cancelation so moved our appointment up and diagnosed the problem quickly and affordably. He ordered parts, stayed in contact with an ETA of the parts, and showed up as promised and completed the repair. A complicated full circuit board replacement and a separate valve replacement seemed like no problem technically. Locally owned business and young man making his way with a new-ish business and top-notch customer service and technical skills. If you need spa or pool repair you've found your guy! Plumbers would come out, snake the line, clear it (temporarily), and leave me with another future back up problem. In my humble opinion, recurring clogs are the gravy train for some plumbers, so they do not have the hard conversations with customers where the problem may be solved. Hard conversations where you risk losing a customer because you tell them the truth and try to solve the customer's problem. Lalo explained to me, even though I was skeptical, that we needed to "jet" my lines, not just snake them. And, yes, I gulped and backed off as that was way more than I bargained for money-wise, but Lalo convinced me and I am grateful. He assessed, correctly, just where to dig for my lost sewer sweep. Once found, he showed me the tangled maze of roots overgrown and the source of repeated blockages (gross photo attached). He replaced the clay sewer sweep with a much more reliable and root-resistant ABS. Finally, I can flush without the constant worry of a backed up toilet. My shower actually empties, while I am showering. I am so happy and grateful. For the future, there's no other plumber I need to call, since it will be Lalo. Thank you, Lalo.

Armando was the lead builder at our home on 17 Mile Drive in Del Monte Forest/Pebble in 2004 - he…read moreinstalled the flooring, stone inlay and tilework in all the rooms and bathrooms, walls, brick driveway - outstanding, meticulous craftsmanship that will outlive all of us. 11 years later, I called upon Armando after having consulted 4 other roofers in the area to fix a roof leak. I was deflated and feeling skeptical it could be fixed, but he solved it! I look back and think it's a miracle and a testament to Armando's 1. critical problem solving skills and 2. skill and experience, 3. work ethic, and 4. love of his job. 3 roofers couldn't figure the issue out at all including the original roofer, and the 4th roofer I suspect did not want to do the work. The end product of the repair is beautiful and flawless and of the highest quality - he took great effort to match the exact paint/stucco color in the repair (yet another testament to him wanting to do the repair RIGHT, once and for all). We feel indebted to Armando and now will use him for any future repairs to our house. With his more than reasonable rates, I think he by far blows the competition in the Monterey/Carmel/Pebble area out of the water.
