This business is dishonest. We called requesting service on our hot tub. They came, took one look, said they do not service recessed hot tubs and left then billed us for the full service amount. They NEVER once mentioned anything about not servicing recessed hot tubs. They never even asked us for any information about our hot tub before coming over. Very poor and rude customer service. They are very unresponsive and slow to address issues. In March they would not come ALL DAY to service our hot tub for 3 WEEKS because of Morning rain. Of course, rain is part of Spring in the Peninsula. We were again assigned Erik's now to address that our hot tub heater is not working. Came out, assessed problem but did not order part. When I requested via text that it be done so our hot tub could be operational soon, was told it will "take weeks and ordering a part is hard". I'd rate them zero if I could and share this review so others can be weary. They might be good pool cleaners but are atrocious for hot tub repairs. Erik arrived at my home unannounced so when I walked up to his unmarked truck sitting in front of my home I asked who he was he instantly put his index finger up as if I was interrupting his phone call, he had an attitude toward me from the start and that was my first impression. After the call He then attempted to clean my pool and it was not very good actually I still had green algae on the bottom of the pool.
