Finishing up in Carmel for lunch and getting lots of looks and attention made us smile. Once back, we told Carly of our journey and she showed us all the other cars for our next trip. This is the second time I've brought this vehicle in to this dealership for an oil change. The…read morefirst time I answered in the survey you sent out that having to wait 2 hours for a simple oil change was ridiculous. This time it was almost 4 hours. To top it off, the cost went up. I was charged two hours of labor. TWO HOURS for what should take no more than 30 minutes. If it takes your service folks two hours to change the oil, rotate the tires, and do an inspection you need to have them replaced. I have always tried to go to the Chevy dealer and when I lived in Texas the price and efficiency was comparable to the other "quick" places elsewhere. Here, the price is twice as much and four times as long. I will not be bringing my vehicles back here nor would I recommend anyone else does either.

I also like that I can avoid one the onerous fees that Corporate Airport locations tack on to recoup their supposed cost of doing business - such as concessions fees and licensing fees. (Why don't they just give you the "real" rate upfront!?) The only negative about this location is that they either don't have a voicemail box or choose not to use it. Ryan gave us a bit of history on our way to the store about the car shows, 17 Mile Drive as well as all the golf courses. Inside we were greeted by Chase who quickly had us checked in and out with a new car. The car didn't have an overpowering smell of fragrance that some rentals have. The car was clean and comfortable to drive. Enterprise has always offered competitive if not better rental rates. Their customer service especially at this location is spectacular. Best part of renting from Enterprise is they still pick you up.

He told me they had a few cars available, so I headed down and was greeted with enthusiasm. The entire team at the desk was helpful and seemed like they all had positive attitudes. It took me less than 10 minutes to checkout and get a car. Upon return, I was asked 4-5 questions. Returning the car took less than 5 minutes. Very efficient.
