The food here was amazing!! Little area but friendly service. Amazing portion sizes and the place is decorated nicely.

Laid-back Mexican joint, perfect for a casual lunch or dinner. The menu is extensive. Quesadilla missed the mark, but the refried beans were excellent. Rice was decent, and the burritos were just okay.

Randomly stumbled upon this place and it has been the best thing I ever did. The food is absolutely amazing. So much flavor and it has been consistently good. I only ever ordered take out but they only take about 10 minutes to get your order out. It is a little pricey but honestly it's well worth it. Seriously my go to place when I want Mexican. Well worth your $$ and drive over the bridge.

Love the Birria Tacos! Service is fast and the restaurant is very cute inside. Recommended.

After a long weekend at work so couldn't bring myself to cook tonight and fancied authentic Mexican fare. I ordered the beef nachos and the chorizo tacos so I could have variety and plenty of leftovers. Given that I'm a chipaholic that was my first bite and boy was I impressed. There was just the right amount of queso with beef, lettuce and tomato mixed in. Accompaniments of sour cream, red and green salsa were also included but the nachos didn't need any addition to be perfect for me. The chorizo and potato taco was delicious too, however I was not as hungry as I thought and couldn't peel myself away from the nachos. Value for money you will get a delicious, filling meal here. I ordered this through Uber eats and I believe it was delivered by the restaurant. The gentleman who delivered my meal called to verify he had the right address and had no difficulties with the delivery. Packaging was done carefully with napkins and plastic ware included. Overall this was a meal made and packaged with care. I can't wait to go back to try other items on the menu.

Birria tacos to die for! It is a little divvy but the amazing food makes it worth it, just go!

We order and eat in here often and typically love the service and the food but being charged $3.50 for this TINY guac is ridiculous such a rip off especially since most of it was big chunks of onion..not happy it's almost the same size as the free salsa they shouldn't call this a small guacamole it was two tablespoons

The restaurant is decorated so well, the window seat was a great spot. Service was great too. Food is delicious and the quantity and quality come with an amazing price. It was a bit of a wait for the food but it was worth it in the end. We spontaneously came to this town, went to the beach, and were hungry. Glad we found this place, it is a gem

No ... no and um no. But I So needed this place to be a yes :( I live one street away and they deliver . I ordered the chicken milanesa platter and the girl on the phone told me a " couple minutes " which already I thought was weird since ... cooking and all . The second I took a bite out of the chicken I don't know what hood this chicken came from or who his family may be but I didn't like him ... at all. It had a shady taste and I kept going hoping it would get better and unfortunately it didn't happen ... I ate the beans and rice and lettuce which were acceptable .. but as my Mexican husband says " not every Mexican that comes over can cook ".. like seriously stop opening up mediocre Mexican spots and confusing the masses. I am going to give this place one more try because I have met the owner and he was extremely friendly and Seems like a good guy and dear lord I need a good cheap bandeja w chicken milanesa on this side of the bridge !!!!

Nice ambiance and very friendly staff. I ordered the full stack of French toast with bananas, strawberries, and blueberries, and a side of sausage links. My wife had the west Coast scrambler which consisted of eggs, avocado, pepper jack cheese, tomatoes, and scallions. Our friends ordered the chorizo burger with fries, and pastrami on rye with a side of coleslaw. As a coffee snob, I would say the coffee was very good. Everything came out cooked fresh and hot. Plenty of fresh fruit on top of my French toast. I heard the chorizo burger was different and delicious. Most of the plates went back clean. Portions were very generous. The service was excellent and friendly. The prices are reasonable. There is plenty of parking in their private parking lot. Worth the trip if you are in the area.

The menu is MASSIVE, don't come if you're indecisive or if you don't plan to come back to try more dishes ! The waitstaff sticks to the silly bit , wearing PJs, bordering on rude but in a playful way that makes it fun and not annoying. There are so many knick knacks on the walls to look at - lots of conversation starters! We enjoyed everything we ordered (the afternoon waffle section was a fun twist on a sandwich and proved you can have it all!) and are already scheming what we will have next time we come back!

The staff is also absolutely wonderful friendly, attentive, and they really help create a great dining experience. Unfortunately, the older woman who appears to be the owner or manager always comes across as very unwelcoming. She often seems annoyed, frustrated, or just mad at the world, and it definitely changes the atmosphere when you walk in. It's disappointing because the rest of the team works so hard and the food is truly outstanding. If it weren't for the amazing staff and excellent food, I honestly probably wouldn't return. Thankfully, they're the reason I keep giving the place another chance.

Started with some urgently needed coffee while we read the menu. I ended up getting the Lavalette special - two eggs, two pancakes, bacon, hash browns and toast (I rarely eat like this anymore so I was absolutely stuffed). Wifey ordered the Avocado Mash special. The avocado mash was seasoned perfectly with some lime and not overly salty. Toast could have been slightly more toasted, but the tomato was very good for an April tomato. Very good coffee, nothing super special, but hot and tasty. Food came quickly and was great. As I said, a cery cute place, but I bet this place is PACKED during the season. It was about half full by the time our food came so we got here just in time. Another place I'd 100% recommend.
