A team came into the house and removed the fogged windows, took them to thier work truck, and installed the new windows in the window frames. They came back in and intalled the "new" windows in a matter of minutes. They were here only 30 minutes for the entire operation. Very impressed. Scott was one of the team but I did not get the other gentelman's name. Both were friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. I inquired about replacement screens and was told they do repair them, too. It was mentioned it's cheaper if we bring the screens to the shop for repair instead of having them come out to get them. Very impressed with the quality of wormanship and workers.
