He never once visited the job to verify and conduct quality control. Good thing he had dependable workers who took ownership of the job. Fast forward to when the job completed and a full payment has been made by me, I requested for a receipt and he's been unresponsive. He responded at first telling me he would send over a receipt but never followed through with his promise. Eventually, he completely started to ignore my calls and texts. It's a simple receipt request for my own records but I received zero reply.
