Then his mmanager tried to tell me that the rpm's are within normal range after a 4 minute warmup it is still running at 1200. I spent a great deal of money on Ubers going back and forth! On my final visit with them they tried to sell me a battery!!!! Can you believe it? I got out of there as quickly as possible. Because I'm elderly, they tried to convince me that this car I've had for 12 years, repairing all its needs on time, is fine. Its still not fine and now I have to find a reputable mechanic to fix it.

So they text you an invoice telling you how much it's gonna be labor,parts,taxes. They told me I need to replace hose connectors wich was gonna be $220 total. They also recommended to change the thermostat wich was another $324 but I declined that. What they don't tell you in the invoice is that they gonna charge you a diagnostic fee of $158, you find that out at checkout. I mean a diagnostic fee of 158 just to see that I need new hose.

Today was one of those days, and this was about to put me over the edge. I popped into WAR, as it was just around the corner, hoping they would help me out- and what a warm welcome I was given by Will & Miguel. Not only did they remember me, but they fixed my car right up on short notice and I was able to go about my day. I couldn't ask for better service, these guys are truly kind! So I quickly swap to WAR Auto Tech and the receptionist, Miguel, was very nice. They checked my car and replace the regulator within a day, and didn't charge me for the motor. Eventually cost me half the price the previous store was asking. Although they did not do the window properly(didn't readjust it so it make noises in high speed), but they fixed the issue free of charge and done it quick. I would like to have them with me next time.
