    I am in the area temporarily, and needed a car last minute. Such a pleasant experience, not just that I got a car, but at a reasonable price. Jesse behind the counter is amazing. He made the process extremely easy. I was in and out in less than 10 mins. I will highly recommend this location for rental car services.

Operation hours are as followed Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM last reservation is at 4:30 PM Saturday Sunday this location is closed Here at this location you have two contracts with Lyft one with Hertz details later on but the simple rule is if you get a email from either or drive over asap! As of now to get a reservation you have to leave a deposit with Lyft app, space is limited calling ahead will assure your reservation will be honor. The second contract is with Hertz space is limited due to car demand Monday and Friday are hectic. They only offer premium (Polestar, KIA, Subaru) and regular electric cars (Chevy,Niro) gas cars are not available at this location. You have unlimited miles but every 10,000 miles you must assure maintenance on your current rental. if you failed with either contract, your liable to whatever Lyft or Hertz may demand the car be returned. Failed couplet of the end of your contracts will be dealt by Lyft not hertz! Keep in mind if you failed to check in you will sit in the store for hrs because they don't read minds! Also be polite don't be rude you will scare the staff!!!

    I am writing to formally complain about an extremely negative experience I had at an Enterprise…read morelocation due to the behavior and customer service of an employee named Valerie. I had a rental car arranged through my insurance company following a car accident. My husband, who is the primary account holder on our insurance, handled the initial phone conversations with Enterprise. During one call, Valerie informed him of the business hours and stated that the vehicle could be picked up "anytime that day." Later, my husband called back and spoke with a different representative to clarify whether picking up the vehicle that evening would count as a rental day. He was told it would, so he explained that we would come in the following morning instead. He was told this would not be an issue. The next morning, I arrived at Enterprise early, having arranged a ride so I could get to work. Valerie was working the front desk. When she asked for my reservation number, I attempted to pull up the confirmation number provided through my insurance app. Before I could show her, she cut me off and said, with noticeable attitude, "No, it's not in an app, it's in an email." I explained that I had not received an email. From that point on, her demeanor became increasingly rude and dismissive. She stated that my husband had a 1:00 PM reservation the previous day and that he "didn't show up." I called my husband immediately, and he confirmed that he never made a reservation or committed to a pickup time due to work. I relayed this to Valerie, but she continued to repeat herself in a snarky manner, insisting we had missed an appointment. I again explained that we did not have a reservation and was told we can come in first thing in the morning. She then stated that there was only one car available because we missed our "appointment," despite the lot being full of vehicles. At this point, I made it clear that I did not know what conversation she believed she had with my husband and that I simply needed the rental my insurance company had arranged. I did my best to remain calm and not take her treatment personally. She handed me keys and had another employee take me to the vehicle. For context, I have never rented a car before, I had just been in a car accident, and I am currently pregnant. I did not expect the rental process to be stressful, confusing, or emotionally draining. Unfortunately, the experience worsened when we returned the vehicle. My husband accompanied me this time. Upon checking out Valerie informed us that there were additional daily charges due to an "upgrade." We immediately questioned this, as we never requested an upgrade. She responded defensively and argued with us, stating that she had gone over different vehicle options with me and that I chose the upgraded one. This is simply not true. She explicitly told me there was only one vehicle available. When I calmly explained that she had not been helpful throughout the process and that her behavior had been consistently rude, she continued to argue. I informed her that I was done engaging with her and stepped away to allow my husband to complete the return. While doing so, she commented to him, "Well, I must have just given the attitude right back to her then." This remark was unnecessary, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate. Valerie's conduct throughout this experience was condescending, argumentative, and unprofessional. At multiple points, she misrepresented what was communicated to us and treated us with clear disrespect. Because of this experience, I will not return to Enterprise, and I felt it was important to formally document what occurred. I hope Enterprise takes this complaint seriously and addresses the behavior described above. No customer should be treated this way.

They are attentive to my needs and speedy in getting me into a clean and new car! I reserve ahead of time through my work and they always make sure that I drive away in a car on time. Everyone here is personable, professional, and by the book. I love that all the cars have the newest tech in them- I feel safer than when I do driving my own car as these are newer. I reserved a car online and even stopped by the day before to confirm that they would have an electric car for me available on the day of pickup. They said, oh yes, most definitely! I tried calling the morning of my pickup and no one answered. Then I Uber there only for them to tell me that they do not have the car available. They were trying their hardest to to rent me the hybrid that was there. I said absolutely not. That's not what I reserved online! I then Ubered to Avis and rented my electric car. I should have stick with Avis. I have always had a great experience there. I'll never go back to Hertz! One and done for sure!!!!

I got there and got a Nissan Altima and was in and out within 10 minutes. It was the fastest I ever gotten a rental. I rented it for a week but ended up holding the vehicle for an additional 2 more additional weeks because I had no idea what is going on with my car accident. Jose made the process of extending the vehicle very easy thru text and helped me thru everything. "Well, you made a last minute reservation and others had reserved before you". Yes, then why was I able to make a reservation for something you don't have? "You can stick around and see if anything gets turned back in, or we can call around, see if any other shops has an available vehicle." I didn't have time. I was dropped off by Uber, still had to go by mechanics to get necessary items from my vehicle, then drive to Fullerton for my scheduled shift at 2pm. They were very polite, but I was stumped. What to do!! An Angel entered (unfortunately, I did not get her name). She was apprised of the situation. She came over and asked if I would take a Chevy Malibu instead of the SUV. They'd, of course, discount the cost. YES! Please! Thank you! They did a quick wash, walked me through an inspection and handed me the keys. Quick stop at the mechanic and I made it to work with 5 minutes to spare!! I wasn't pleased I had a confirmation for a vehicle with no vehicle available. I should not have been able to make any reservation! However, it all worked out in the end, thanks to the Angel! Waited and waiting and no one showed up. Called the store again and they said they have zero records of a pickup and that I was suppose to pickup the car myself. Decided to call an Uber instead and saved a few hundred dollars.
