A pleasant surprise is a great way to describe Moody Desserts. I came to the area with a friend but we came for a restaurant we couldn't find. So instead of cutting our losses, we enter the unassuming boba shop. Immediately after entering the shop, I was blown away but the beautiful decor, drink options, atmosphere and most importantly the workers. Nowadays, customer service aims to get us out as fast as possible with little interactions. Not this place. For a couple of girls who stumbled on in, we were treated so warmly the moment we came in to the store. We ordered both delicious drinks and were tempted by the cookies they had displayed. They let us know that everything is made in house and fresh from the macaroons to the cookies. My friend settled for a mocha and chocolate chip cookie warmed up. While I tried a matcha tiger sugar and matcha cookie (what can I say? I am a matcha girl). The drinks: just wow. Delicious and obviously crafted with care and love. As the only two customers now in the store, they went above and beyond for us. Bringing us our drinks and food straight to our table. Chatting with us, the works. The handmade desserts? Get in your car now and drive here!! Absolutely delicious. On top of that, I saw them make more cookies. Fresh cookies all day. The one downside to this place is that they close at 6pm. It makes sense considering the area but I wish they would be open until 9/10pm so I could swing by for a late night hang out or the perfect way to end a night with friends. Cute little bakery where all the drinks and treats are clearly made with love. The best kind! The dining area of the cafe was minimal but comfy. I had a chance to try some of their goodies from TGTG. The town center shopping center is close to Colonial or the 408. I hope Moodys gets more visibility because the shopping center entrance is tucked away near a residential area. The prices are similar to what you see at local bakeries but the stars for me were the red velvet cupcake. Moist cake with a light swirl of icing. Almost too pretty to eat. The cookies may not look that big circumference wise but they were thick and good size. I got a chocolate and matcha cookie and the matcha was my favorite. I did not try the drinks as it was late in the day but they looked fun and the coffee scent was enticing. Great little bakery for when I am out in Ocoee. read more

Popped in out of complete curiosity on a trip specific to visit Ispirazione and found them interesting enough. That Pinapple Passion tho, expensive as it was, was made with fresh muddled fruits and every one of its few sips was absolutely delicious. I should have mixed it with rum ...or did I? lol I get the complaints from other reviewers and would have had them myself if this weren't a one-off fun purchase plussed all the way up. I stopped by this place to have a shaved ice. They didn't have the maccha cheese cake (?) for the decorations as their display so used key lime cookies (?) which were a big disappointment. The cookies didn't go well with the maccha shaved ice. But I appreciate for their trying. The place is cute and clean. The menu is interesting and makes me want to try each one of them. They had a coffee named Japanese latte so I asked what it was. I am Japanese so wanted to know what it was. The guy told me that it was a coffee with condensed milk since the coffee originated in Kyoto. lol. I have never heard of that! I asked my several Japanese friends about it, but nobody ever heard of such thing. lol We believe that Vietnamese people drink coffee with condensed milk not Japanese. read more

What a fun place - worth trying to search for them. The store is so clean and bright. I started a strawberry drink that was blended with fresh strawberries, jasmine, and jelly. It was very full of fruit and was delightful in this hot weather. We also had a couple of cookies to share. The matcha cookie is delicious. It was very soft and just melted in your mouth. OMG!!!! This place is AMAZE!!!! I cannot wait to take my granddaughters here! My daughter and I stopped in for a treat and she ordered the Berry Moody Boba which really rocked something fierce. We were pleasantly surprized by the ambiance, attentiveness and charm of the cafe and the server. The food blew us away! The cookies are to die for and we had chocolate chip cookies! Then we went back to try the M&M cookies so Yummy Tummy! We are already fantasizing about what we're going to have next time I'm in the area for a check up. Delicious drinks! Lots of fun options! My rating is due to the ridiculously high price, for slim to no product. I counted, and I think I got about 7 sips out of my $11 drink. My partner and I both got 1 drink, the bill totaling to be $19 and some change. And we were like "sigh, I'm sure it's a good amount of juice and probably tastes good", but we were handed very small cups filled to the top with ice. I even said light ice. I always say light ice. Like I said, my partner and I got about 7 sips out of our drinks before they were gone. When I pay $19 for 2 drinks, I want to enjoy it for like 15 minutes, taking a sip every now and then.
