I ended up coming to Orange to see Pebbles, who does amazing work also. Shortly after that she had a little leave of absence and I had to book with someone else in the meantime & that's when I stumbled on Tracy. She always does my lashes exactly how I like and she's SOOOOOO gentle. Even when removing lashes she is so careful and I don't feel a thing. I've been going to Moon Lash recently for my eyelash extensions. I started at Buena Park and then when they opened this newest branch in Tustin, I've been coming here since it's much closer to where I live. I've been so happy with my extensions. My first visit here was with Pebbles, and I asked for a natural look, which she was able to give me and I loved! My most recent refill visit was with Tracey, and this time I asked for a little more but still natural. The extensions she gave me were perfect and exactly what I wanted! This place is so relaxing too and I had a very nice nap during the process! I get the mink lashes and love them. They're very light and the retention is great. I tend to have sensitive eyes but have not experienced any issues here either. I would definitely recommend coming here for eyelash extensions!! read more

Horrible experience with the manager of this store and especially with Ashley. Doesn't listen to customer in what they want and thinks she knows best and ignores orders. Gave me the most ridiculous looking set. Way too long and fake looking. I would only go to her if I want to look like a clown. Manager was sketch and not accommodating by blaming the customer and running a sketchy operation. Ashley not only gave me gave me caterpillars as eyelashes but also an eye infection. Beware! Don't always believe what you read on Yelp esp they give you discounts for leaving a 5 star review. Maybe the business should start thinking about how to operate under 5 star service or else this is as far as they will go. Reputation is earned not bought. read more

Best lash place that I have ever been to! I have really oily skin and lashes normally don't last very long for me. I usually have to get a refill within a week and a half or two weeks.
