I was a long time customer, but my last 2 visits were horrible. I went for a lash lift which turned out way too curled so I couldn't wear any mascara as the lashes were touching my skin. Then I didn't like the bare look of eyelash lift and scheduled an appointment for a classic natural extension. I've asked the technician if I could do the eyelash extensions after lift and explained I wanted very natural look. She didn't explain that extension with lift will still look very curled and long. She explained everything after she was done with my service when I expressed my dissatisfaction. They put money over your eyelashes health or customer experience. After $250, i have horrendous fake eyelashes to keep for a month. Very unprofessional. Sketchy. Update: Owner contacted me and offered refund for extension. I made my first microblading appointment with Annie. When I got there, she was able to take a look at my skin and the current condition of my brows. She explained why microshading would be better for my oily and sensitive skin. I trusted her opinion, and I am very glad that I did. Annie was very detailed and kept asking to make sure I was ok. I've had good experiences with other ladies at this place in the past but I had my lashes done by a different lady yesterday and my eye was burning painful afterwards. She gave me some eye drops which made it better but then when I got home, it's started burning again so I took more eye drops. Today I realized that she left a large block of glue inside my right eye which made the bottom part very red and irritating... I had to wash it very warm water but the glue is still there... If this doesn't get better in a couple of days, I may have to go to urgent care. not the mention the entire session took 2 hours which is very long. She didn't wear her mask throughout the entire session so she's breathing into my face while I had a cough...I am not going back here for sure! read more

I was unfortunately really disappointed in my lash lift here. I came here because of all of the good reviews but I left with the worst lash lift I've ever had. While the salon and the people were really nice, I left not with lashes that had a nice curl, but a SHARP (and I mean SHARP) edge. My lashes went out and basically straight up with zero curve. After a couple days, I had hoped they'd relax a bit but I'm still struggling with them. I made sure to follow all aftercare like I typically would. Some of my lashes are now going in weird directions and I even lost a lot of lashes on my left eye so now I have a bald spot. My lashes are definitely damaged after getting them done here. read more
