I took my Raymond Weil watch to Moon Watch to have it repaired . He said it wasn't broken,he cleaned it and gave me a new battery for $30 in 15 minutes. Alias was helpful, trustworthy and very polite,perfect! I had a good feeling about him from the moment he said hello. I will definitely be back, Thank You! I had previously taken this watch to my jeweler for a new battery but he said it was broken and needed to be repaired , he would send it to his guy (it would take one week) and would cost $180 -$250. I just had a bad feeling about it so I declined. So glad I did! He charged me for a new battery but when I took it to Moon Watch my battery wasn't new! My jeweler didn't give me a new battery at all! Very highly recommended!!!! I brought my wife's Rolex in because the winding mechanism was loose and was making a noise when shaking to wind. I have an antique gold watch I inherited when my grandmother died. The crystal needed replacement and I lost the original. I brought it in and because it is over 50 years old and a square face he explained it will be difficult to find a replacement and it could take a few weeks. He could tell how nervous I was about leaving the watch with a stranger, so kindly offered for me to take pics of himself and the watch and the receipt to quell my fears. It did take a while, I called to check in after 3 weeks and he Lmk it would be about one more. The following week he called and I went to pick up the watch. They really did a beautiful job! The crystal was a different shape to the one I had seen (I don't believe the broken one was original) and it fit like a glove and actually improved the profile of the watch, making it more sleek and less likely to catch on things as it's a raised crystal design. Oh! And when I went to pick it up I brought another watch I inherited and was curious about and he was so knowledgeable!! He told me the watch was about 80 years old and in full working order, that I should hold on to it and even showed me how to use the locking mechanism! Just kind advice- no charge!! Ilyas the owner is so personal and understanding after 20 years he still knows which watches I have, he's done repairs for me and my family and we've bought from him multiple times. Every time his service and price were all excellent comparable to online but with personal service.
