By the end of the week I got my replacement pair of Ray-Bans, a $25 gift card for my troubles, and a very sweet note from the Manager who helped me. Because of COVID-19 I understand the capacity of customers within the store has changed and sometimes you'll have to wait outside but this petite blonde female worker decided to lock the door in front of us as we looked inside. Loved the entitled vibe she gave. Once we got inside there was this skinny dark brunette older female worker who practically shouted at this foreign family for wanting to try on a pair. She told them not to touch the glasses because she would have to disinfect them. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping and acted as though assisting a customer was an inconvenience. They initially couldn't locate the purchase in their system, so I pulled up the information on my phone myself. Even after providing proof of purchase, we were still given a hard time. Rather than helping resolve the issue, we were told to "go to the manufacturer" and the employee essentially walked away from the conversation. The store was completely empty at the time, so being too busy was certainly not the problem. Customer service should not end after a sale is made. A little effort, professionalism, and courtesy would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, we left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this location.
