Walked in with no appointment and was seated right away. Inside looks like it needs some cleaning, nail polish on cabinets and things like that, that made it seem to customers they don't prioritize cleanliness. It made me nervous I was going to get something on my nails or catch something....The lady who did my nails was very nice, and did my nails perfect. I was looking for a nice place to get a quality foot massage and pedicure while visiting Las Vegas. I called ahead to specifically ask how long the foot massage would be, since many places advertise a "foot massage" during pedicures but only offer a quick rub. (My previous salon used a timer to guarantee a consistent, full massage time.) I decided to book the most expensive package, nearly $200, after the owner assured me it would include a one-hour massage along with the pedicure. The salon itself is beautiful, but the atmosphere wasn't relaxing. One of the staff members was singing loudly along to Rihanna songs playing on the TV, which took away from the spa-like experience. The technician working on my feet did a great job with my toes--I was happy with the pedicure overall. However, the massage was exactly what I feared: about 15 minutes of a basic foot rub, with no real reflexology, no pressure work, and nothing resembling a professional one-hour massage. NEVER not once were we made to feel like a nuisance or a unwelcome or unwanted business. Where do I start, it was valentine's day and they were open at 9:30pm. We had no appointment and they took my partner in for a couples pedicure after our dinner next door. We asked for two basic pedis, gel for me and I had acrylic on my big toes and asked for french. My partner got no polish. Mikey was awesome, told me about how he was in the army and has two purple hearts, he was a sniper! Forget basic pedi, they gave us the works! All my dead skin was gone. I'm quite surprised at the current low score here. Everyone was nice & friendly. I didn't get any work done this time, but my friend came in for a manicure so I sat and waited for her. She got exactly what she wanted. She went in looking for a light pink glittery finish. When offered the colors, she didn't see one. She found the shade of pink she wanted, but the glitter finish we saw were only in the reds and purples. It doesn't hurt to ask, though, right? So she asked her tech if there was a way to get a glittery finish on the pink she chose. Voila. Tech figured out a clear glitter polish they had and was able to make things happen. That's awesome. The place is clean. They're quick to greet. It is right next to insomniac cookies, so that's a big plus, too. Haha. There's only a few parking spots in front, but because it is located in a big shopping plaza, there is plenty parking nearby. Tech was also very helpful with suggestions on eateries. She heard my friend and I discussing options and she made a few suggestions. I will be back to this place if I'm ever looking for nail work in Vegas. read more

Nice place, seemed clean and plenty of stations and chairs. But it ended there.. Made appointment for a pedicure and full gel set. Had a crack in the side of the nail and instead of just contouring it she pulled the broken piece all the way down the side causing my toe to bleed all over the place. Proceeded to put some powder to stop the bleeding and kept telling me it will feel better tomorrow. After the longest pedicure I've ever had(1+ hour) then we move on to my new gel full set. Didn't quite get the shape I requested but it was about to reach hour 3 at the salon and I just wanted to leave. By the time I was done somehow my $99 estimate checked out at $187 before tip with no explanation. When I tried to ask why so much more the English got really hard to understand.Hmm... I found Miss Susi after another salon cancelled on me before taking a trip out of town. I was her last customer and I was so tired after work I was falling asleep during my mani/pedi. Susi did an outstanding job on both. She takes her time and the quality of her work is extremely satisfying. I was so happy that I decided to book another appointment with her for another gel mani for something fun for the summer. Update: the service from the people that helped me were nice, but I will have to take back what I said about the cuticle care. Ever since the day I got my nails done there has been this crust like the lady put too much product on my nails. At first I thought my hands were dry but no, I've just been chipping away along with the extra skin I've been finding from my cuticles that could have been removed. *DO NOT GO HERE!* I used to come here when it was Strip Nail. Loved it. However I went yesterday thinking it was still the same spot. Sadly it wasn't. When I arrived 3 people sitting inside. All employees no customers. I said you changed your name? He said no, new management. I said oh well I need a mani pedi, can you do that. I gave opportunity for them to provide me with a relaxing mani pedi after a very stressful work week. While I've never had a mani pedi that hurt, I did this time. I was also very confused at the way she was doing things. With every clip of the nails on the sides, she went way too far and has caused irritation on the edges of the nails on all of my nails. This review is being written the day after and yes the nails still hurt. I provided pics to show you she also gashed the side of my thumb very good and my big toe near the cuticle was also cut. Not a single one of my nails were filed properly and my nails were left with scratch marks on every single nail both toe and finger. I called a few minutes ago (day after service) and requested a refund. I was told I could come back in and they could fix it. I said absolutely not. The damage is too much to fix and he said no refund. Please do not go and accept this fraudulent nail salon. I should have known when there were no clients waiting, this wasn't the place to go. Amazing late night pampering at its best! Me and my friends work 12 hour shifts and it can be hard to find somewhere both accommodating and available. I've been to the different salons, and each time you get the same quality, friendliness, and amazing experience. A pedicure while in a massage chair after a long day of work is what you deserve! My real issue was with the gel mani.. My gel polish was lifted and chipped on all nails 2 days later, no exaggeration. If I can give them zero stars I most definitely would but let me share with you why this place is so shitty. On Tuesday June 18th I walked in with my son to get a fill and a pedicure around 3pm, there were only 2 nail techs available , 1 was a guy who was working on a girl and the other nail tech was a woman who was taking care of another guest. I patiently sat and waited for 5 minutes and then he tells me he's ready for me. As I get situated I notice that the last guest before me was not impressed by her service that the nail tech provided, the same nail tech who was about to take care of me asked her on the way out "Are you sure you don't want me to fix it??" And the lady looked like she was over it and just wanted to leave. That already gave me a red flag, I sit down and he does my toes and to me at that moment they looked okay. Once it was time to do my nails and get a fill, I noticed it took him half the time he took on my feet. It was concerning because he didn't really do much and the nails I wanted was the most basic French tips and he couldn't get it right. He did NOT shape my nails properly (despite my nails being a good almond shape before I sat in that chair) and he completely disfigured the shape. He kept messing up the French tip so he had to keep wiping the paint on and off to where now I see some white paint outside of the French tip area. He couldn't even shave under my nails or clean it and they looked disgusting to this day. The fake acrylic nail is starting to lift up out of the gel which I NEVER had an issue with ever until I stepped foot in this place. It was already bad enough I had to tell the nail tech if he can buffer this side and fix that side on my nail and if he can wipe off the excessive paint he left on my hands. I called on my next day off which was Saturday morning 6/22 and not only was the person on the phone cutting me off every few seconds I'd try to explain the situation, they GUARANTEED me that they would be able to fix this when I came in. I walk in that day around 5 pm and happened to talk to the guy who actually did my nails because he was the only one available at the desk so I went over and told him I called before I came in and told him why I'm here and what I need to be fixed. He started being extremely combative, being defensive and rude to the point he even looked at my nails and said "who did your nails? I never did that!" And I looked at him dead in his face and told him you're the one who did my nails and I showed him the areas where he fucked up at and all he could do was roll his eyes and smack his lips like a teenager. I told him I wanted my nails re did and that who I spoke to on the phone guaranteed that to me before I walked in, then here comes another employee who was pretending to be the manager so she could shut the situation down and even she was just as stupid, being rude and combative saying that my fill is a week old WHEN IT HASNT BEEN A WEEK ONLY A COUPLE OF DAYS. The part that irritated me most was the same black woman who was pretending to be the manager, was talking to me like I was stupid and she wasn't even saying anything to justify the shitty service, just rambling off being passive aggressive because she's embarrassed. All she could say was "all the fillings look like that, we could re do your nails but we would have to charge you for the whole thing again" mind you I had already paid $120 plus a tip to the shitty nail tech. I told her if you guys cannot fix your mistakes I will be going to another nail salon who INDEED does care about their clients. And she said okay have a great day! So here's why the community should take their hard earned money and spend it somewhere else that does care and does a gooooood heck of a job. read more
