A lot of he said she said why things were not done but never took responsibility. One person told me the pool was too cloudy to put the Polaris in and do a cleaning. Then another person told me we told them not to put the Polaris in and they did do the cleaning. But you said the pool was too cloudy to do the cleaning and put the Polaris in. So something just doesn't add up. The one person's solution was for us to pay them to come and do a cleaning at their normal rate.

I'm having water delivered tomorrow so I need an O-ring that would fit temporarily I knew I wouldnt find the right one. I asked the boy at the counter if he had O-ring that would fit the top that I have , he told me I had to have the model number. I mentioned I just want an O-ring that will fit it. I don't it doesn't matter if it's not the exact one. He said just a minute, walked into the back so I walked over to the wall where there were some O rings, a Lady come over and asked me if she could help me I told her what I was doing. She said that they couldn't help me find an O-ring unless they had the model number again, I told her I just wanted something temporary so I can get my phone running for water tomorrow and then I would get the right one. She insisted she couldn't. So I went to Ace they had a O ring there that I was able to use temporarily It's not the exact one, but it works. And I paid a lot less than what I would have paid here that's for sure. I had started coming here to get chemicals and water tested over the past 2 years I'll make my purchases elsewhere now. Despite repeated efforts over more than three years, I was unable to obtain financing and formally canceled the contract on December 15, 2025. No construction work was ever performed. In addition, I personally paid for all permits, permit extensions, and design expenses related to the project. Despite providing documentation showing financing denial and making multiple good-faith requests, the company has refused to refund my full deposit. They have offered only a partial refund, even though the project never moved forward and no services were delivered corresponding to the funds being retained. I was transparent throughout the entire process regarding my financing status, yet that transparency has not been reciprocated since cancellation. Retaining a large deposit under these circumstances is deeply disappointing and, in my opinion, unfair to the consumer. As of March 2026, this matter remains unresolved, and I am pursuing formal complaints and legal options to recover my funds. A contractor attempted to change the agreed-upon plan because it would have been easier for them, while also requesting additional charges. Not realizing my husband was the homeowner, the contractor stated, "These people have money, we should just charge them more." My husband then informed him that he was in fact the owner. We brought this concern to Nathan and Carrie, but their response did not seem surprised or concerned, which made us feel this type of situation may not be uncommon. We were originally promised the pool would be completed by October, yet the project was not finished until April. There were long periods where little to no progress was made, and crews rarely showed up consistently. Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company.

My pool has been and continues to be professionally serviced, so this isn't a case of neglect. And when I reach out to other pool companies for help, they won't even touch the system--several have gone out of their way to warn me about Blue Haven's poor reputation, which I now understand all too well.
