The window switch purchased at Driven Autorepair was under warranty and the manager wouldn't give me a refund on the defective part. I was the part could only replaced. Advising potential customers of their policy and you have no choice other than to use their services when a part is under warranty. The manager would not take fiscal responsibility for the potential faulty part they purchased and/or the potential faulty installation they provided on my car. I lost over $800 dollars trusting the integrity of the services provided by this company. Buyer Beware!

I shared that I had my daughter's car because she was going to be out of town for several days and asked if there was anything they could do. We also wanted a lookover just to see if the old car was worth putting the money into. C&C was great. They said they could do a courtesy inspection if I could leave the car. I did and in less than a week they were able to do all the work necessary by just squeezing me in. The entire staff was great. I think I will begin using them as well. There prices were better than where I had previously taken my cars. Again, they were great and I felt they really bailed out my daughter.

There is a whole system set up to drop off the car, leave the key in an envelope, put a message on the envelope, and then drop the whole thing into the mail slot so it is locked in the office. I fully expected a multi hundred dollar estimate, with a new part and labor, but it wasn't that way at all. The estimate was $70 (including $20 for the state safety inspection). It was of course a simple fix, but kudos to this shop for being honest about it and not trying to upsell, up charge, or do anything other than what was needed. I wish more auto places would be like this, but until they are, Arlington Auto Repair on Four Mile Run is the place to go!

Instead, he just demanded information with one-word questions like "Name," "Zip," and "Car." The day before, customer service offered me a shuttle or a free loaner vehicle when I booked the appointment. But when I requested this, James refused to provide it so I had to Uber home. After taking my information, he walked away to my car without asking for my key. He then got angry at me, "I told you I was going to your car." Mistakes happen, so I came back and asked to redo the alignment, showed them their own sheet and said the wheel was crooked after the alignment. They said (1) they don't do rear alignments on Toyotas (???), (2) the car has unspecified issues that don't allow it to be aligned, (3) they would need additional payment to do the steering wheel correction. When I pressed them on what the issues were, they refused to commit to anything. Nothing was written down. Truly baffling that these people are running a real shop. I asked to talk to the alignment tech and they said he can't speak English. So how can he understand anything? Is he just guessing? I'm willing to bet they don't have anyone trained and that they're just winging it on each alignment. I talked to Rose and Arbor (blond ponytail man). They kept pushing for more money, and they said I already got an alignment so I shouldn't be greedy. Very rude while I spoke very politely. I went to Midas down the street and they fixed it. No issues with the car were identified, perfect alignment, 45 minutes. The before measurements (after Firestone's alignment) were way off. Extremely unprofessional. Go here if you want your car to go 4 different directions while driving straight!
