The frozen yogurt is great no issue there. But the staff is horrible. My daughter asked for cake batter and they gave her the wrong flavor by mistake, and when my daughter told a worker about the issue she just said "no you didn't order cake batter" i'm not trying to sound over dramatic but i just think that is such bad service. Especially since my daughter (she's 10) had been begging to go all day and then when we finally go they gave her the wrong flavor and didn't care to change it. This isn't my only issue with the staff here. There has been many times were they are just flat out rude. The kids who work in here are very friendly and eager to please. They only have one size cup you just tell them how much to fill it up. I went with salted caramel pretzel and chocolate mixed together. Then you tell them what toppings you want and they add those as well. They must have about 50 different choices for toppings. The fro yo was delightful, consistency was good, flavor was great-I think I actually hurt it a little by adding so many toppings. If I went back I would just get the fro yo it was delicious just on its own. I've been going here since it's opened and I swear it's always been perfect every time. The flavors for frozen yogurt they have are delicious with some seasonal flavors. Their toppings are always super fresh. My personal favorite is their boba tea. There isn't many places nearby that serve froyo (especially boba) and it makes me happy to have one fairly close. But, then we moved to Easton and found Mooo Berry and the search was over. The owner is just a cool guy and you can really see that he takes pride in his business. On my first visit I was a little surprised to see only a few of each topping in each cambro. But!!! This is his way of conserving product, eliminating waste and keeping each topping so fresh!!! Frozen Yogurt flavor selections are quite limited however the flavors that they do have are the best flavors in my opinion. I used to look forward to going to Providence for FroYo World and Pinkberry... then Moooberry opened up. I love the new frozen yogurt kick everybody is on lately. I think it's such an awesome idea, and as a plus... it's not terrible for you. Moooberry is set up like all of the other DIY frozen yogurt places scattered around. You grab a cup, and choose from about eight different frozen yogurt flavors. A couple that I know I've seen in the past include: thin mint, cheesecake, watermelon sorbet, chocolate, vanilla and original. The "original" flavor is a kind of tart, yet refreshing. It is the one I always opt for. Can't decide what you wanna go and fill your cup with? Ask for sample cups! They love offering sample cups! So, once you made up your mind, you head over to a station that has all kinds of different toppings. There's pretty much every fruit and candy bar that exists all chopped up for you to sprinkle on your yogurt. Then they have miscellaneous things like granola, yogurt chips, fudge chunks, etc. There's also different syrups and sprinkles you can put on. If you're into that. When you're all set with your toppings, they weigh it for you and price you by weight. I really have no idea how the pricing works, but I always get two pretty full cups when I go and it comes to a little over $5 each. This place is really nice and is very kid friendly, when I went there they had children's movies on which was cool. The decorations and color scheme of it all is very fun. The fro yo was pretty good. However, I was very disappointed with my experience here. I came in with a friendly attitude ready to eat and enjoy my fro yo. However, the customer service was extremely poor, and it put a damper on my fro yo experience. First of all, I wanted a sample, and so I tried it and they told me after the fact that they had sample cups and i was spreading germs even though my cup was not touching the machinery. I didn't know what to do, it was my first time. I was highly disappointed, because I understand customer service isn't always an easy job, but I expected at least some decency. It's simple. Every yogurt flavor has a sign posted that clearly states all of the ingredients, and they keep covers over the toppings to minimize the chances of cross-contamination. This place is absolutely great! I wish I could say the same about the staff. With every drink/frozen yogurt you get you can get a stamp for a free drink or yogurt, but there is a very sneaky catch when it comes to the drinks. You can only get a small bubble tea, and not a large, which I feel is not fair considering I got all my stamps from large drinks and ended up spending about 40-45 dollars on drinks and I could only get 2 small bubble tea's ( one for me and my friend) and personally I don't think this is fair considering as far as I can tell, it does not give you these specifications on the actual stamp card, so there's no way to know until you've spent your money and have the harsh realization when the guy still try's to charge you. Speaking of "that guy" he is very nosy and picky about things. I had decided to try their frozen yogurt (which was mediocre) and when I was putting on toppings, I knew that with health codes and stuff to never put the serving spoon into your yogurt so I held it far enough away nothing would touch and this man physically grabbed the spoon away and lectured how it had to be exactly a foot away or some thing even though I had been holding it an acceptable amount away. I appreciate he's being careful but he was being quite rude when he told me. He also picked up my friends frozen yogurt cup and moved it over ( we still have no idea why). While sure, it's good, I feel like there could be alternating staff from day to day so I don't get the same rude teenager every time I go ( with the experiences I shared it sound like I'm over reacting but that is a fraction of the times he has behaved strangely or rudely.). I have indeed seen other staff members there, but very rarely and this guy is ALWAYS there no matter what. This is my personal experiences and opinions, I've had friends say he's never been that way with them ( then again I go A LOT more than them) so maybe I'm just weird but this is what I've dealt with there. I was very disappointed in the way I was treated twice! Took the two boys I nanny for here for a treat and the owner that was there was quite clearly annoyed at the boys from the second we walked in. He was so irritated when one of the boys accidentally got the wrong flavor (a tiny bit) and rolled his eyes when he had to throw the cup away. Then again was so annoyed when the boys got one of the spoons in the froyo while putting their toppings on. I said I wouldn't go back since we seemed to be such an inconvience. But just the other day I took my nieces because they wanted froyo and I figured I'd give them a second chance. First, he hoovered over us while we put our toppings on. Then GRABBED the sprinkle spoon out of my 4 year old nieces hand bc she got the spoon in her froyo. If you are going to own a frozen yogurt shop you should know that these are things that kids do.
