I had a little scare with my eyes today. I went to see Dr. Moore through a recommendation. When I called and explained the urgent matter, I was able to get a same day appointment within a few hours. Then I arrived the office staff was extremely friendly anf helpful. Dr. Moore listened to my concern and was very attentive. They ran a number of tests and examined my eyes thoroughly. Dr. Moore was patient and understanding. I was suprised to see that he is a full service optimist. He fills prescriptions and sells frames as well. I use a warehouse type of place for my glasses but I am going to be changing over to Dr. Moore. Highly recommended! read more

I've been coming here for over four years and this year has been the worst. I paid out-of-pocket for contacts for my daughter last year and this year. They charge around$900 plus. And gave me a rebate last year. This year they totally forgot. When I told them that they gave me my rebate late and that they should give me a refund they laughed at me. Excuse me but the people at this office are so rude and unprofessional. It's been this way for a while. I just never said anything last time I went there. They made me go there three times last year for contacts and glasses last year. But this year they could care less about our family. Lying about the rebate saying I have 90 days when it clearly says on the rebate 60 days. I had to ask about the rebate which was the 60th day. The office manager had the nerve to tell us over and over that it was 90 days. Until my husband got on the phone and told her to read the rebate. They said they Will call us back the following week but never did. They only care about their sales. I've been so loyal to them since I've been referred. And drove out of my way to go here. I'm never going here again. I will be reporting this business to the bbb and wherever else I can! read more

They take great and speedy care for all 3 of my children and are quickly able to replace my kids damaged frames (due to my clumsy kids) Looking through my kids glasses, I've realized my eyesight isn't 20/20 anymore and need glasses as well. Soon I will be a new patient! read more

Happy staff! Happy doctors! Very thorough! This time around I have some health issues and they checked my eyes extra thoroughly to make sure during the height of the issues my eye hadn't been damaged. I am very happy with my experience. I love this office. I bring both of my daughters here, as well as myself. The office staff is always really friendly and everyone has a sense of urgency, I really appreciate that. They never make us wait long- finally an office that respects appointment times. The doctor herself is so sweet, and always takes her time answering all of my questions & addressing my concerns. We also have seen the male doctor, he did my youngest daughters eye exam and he was able to help my nervous child through it all, he made her feel safe! Both of my children (5 & 16) like coming here, the staff is always joking around with them and over all we always have a good time during our appointments. I've had to email them a few times for charts/prescriptions too, and they always respond within minutes. We've been patients for 3 years and hope to stay with the Moore Optometry family :) read more

I've been going to Moore Optometry for years and I am so impressed every time I go. I had my recent eye checkup with Dr. Moore and it was fantastic! He is always super knowledgeable and patient with answering all my questions. The staff are friendly and make the whole experience so easy. What really impressed me was the state-of-the-art equipment they used during the examination. It made me feel like I was in the best possible hands for my eye care. Called today to verify and they don't have any record of the appointment; soonest available is at the end of February. Dr. Moore and his staff were so nice and made me feel very comfortable at my first appointment. The office is nice and clean, I didn't have to wait long and felt very taken care of there. I typically see a doctor for about two minutes but Dr. Moore really took his time and made sure that we covered everything in my appointment. Highly recommend! read more

Had an appointment, arrived early to fill out the paperwork and they denied to see me because I answered yes to the question that asks if I have tested positive or have been around someone with COVID-19. I responded yes and explained it was two months ago. Even though my temperature read 97 and I have no symptoms, They said that I need to provide them with a secondary recent negative test result from 1 week or less before my appointment to be able to be seen by them for their safety. I work in the medical field and I am OFTEN around patients taking care of them. Per CDC Rule If there are no symptoms they are not testing you and it requires 10 days of quarantine if you have tested positive for COVID-19. ON TOP OF THE REFUSAL TO SEE ME, they closed the window on me and I asked what is the doctors name that is there who refused to see me and the doctor or staff threw the card at me through a slit from the wooden window. MOORE WAS NOT IN THE OFFICE WORKING TODAY. They refused to provide me with the doctors name who was currently working in the office as a practitioner covering for MOORE. Eventually I said if they don't give me her name and license number I will call the police. I started dialing the police then right away they threw a card at me. The card only says HUANG. I am under the impression HUANG does not have proper licensing to work there or some kind of scam with insurances is going on within their office because they were refusing to give me HUANGS name. THERE IS NO REASON TO HIDE HER IDENTITY IF THERE IS NO FRAUD GOING ON. They did not even have the courtesy to open the window after I knocked claiming I banged (which is not true) I knocked louder the third time because no one was responding. Ignorance when it comes to COVID-19 from front line care workers is extremely disappointing. Anyone could walk in positive and asymptomatic without them knowing and they will be seen by doctors. TO MOORE AND STAFF - YOU HAVE YOUR PPE'S FOR THE PROTECTION OF ANY VIRUS AND DISEASE. IF YOU FEEL UNSAFE TO WORK AROUND PEOPLE DO NOT WORK IN THE MEDICAL FIELD. IF YOU FEEL LIKE YOU NEED TO SEND SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN AROUND COVID-19 TWO MONTHS AGO TO GET RETESTED THEN YOU NEED TO SEND EVERYBODY TO GO GET TESTED BEFORE THEY SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT AND COME TO YOUR OFFICE!!! YOU RETURN PATIENTS HOME ONLY IF THEY HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT/TRAVEL UNDER 10 DAYS, HAVE SYMPTOMS, OR READ A TEMPERATURE ABOVE 100.4! AND EVEN THEN PATIENTS DON'T NEED TO GO TEST, THEY MUST QUARANTINE!! Found this office through Groupon. Really pleased with the service of the front desk staff and overall efficiency. It was my 9 yo son's first eye exam and he walked out saying "it was kind of fun!". As a parent, I felt really comfortable with the female optometrist who was patient, straightforward in explaining her recommendations for frames/lenses, and reassuring that my son's far-sightedness was not so bad and that with work, his vision would improve! The woman who assisted with the lens fitting and pricing info was also very patient and straightforward. She readily answered all my questions and proactively explained how the Groupon worked. Having purchased multiple pairs of glasses for myself over the past 25 years, I felt extremely satisfied with the price and quality of the lenses we decided to purchase and appreciate that I never felt like I was being pushed into a sale. My only *slightly negative* feedback is that when I first called the office to make an appointment, no one returned my call so I had to call back a couple days later. The receptionist is nice, doctor is good, but the other 2 women are rude and unfriendly. When i wen back to pick up my glasses, the large one didn't even say hi, the other one who was suppose to help me with my glasses, had me stand at the reception window instead of having me come in and sit down to try them on. When she adjusted them, they changed and she offered me another case. I purchased Harley Davidson, case was BOSS, she said that's all she had. Lousy Customer Service! The staff there has an excellence in patient care I recommend this place... Dr. Moore, very experienced and thorough with explaining procedures, diagnosis and recommendations !! I took my 10 year old son and Dr. Moore was patient and has such amazing strategies with his kid patients !! I'm going back to take my kids there.
