This was also printed on the box. When she typed it the computer she typed 17x7x7. Then told me the cheapest option was $49 and wouldn't get to Dallas until 1/2/26. I told her I would go elsewhere to which she replied, let me add my discount because we have been slow. Then told me $23 is the cheapest. I told her no and went across the street to FedEx. They charged $13 and will have it delivered by 12/31. I would never go to this place with dishonest people. Something shady is going on here with the pricing. Even ups online quotes roughly the same I paid at FedEx.

I picked the coat up and they charged me $20. I took the coat back and asked to look at the spot again because it was still there and I wanted to make sure they had seen it to focus the cleaning upon that spot. They took it and when I went to pick it back up, they charged me another $13. The spot is still there! I told the guy, I just paid $20 for this two days ago. You want me to pay another $13. and the spot is still there. He then said, "I told you that when you dropped it off." I responded back, "You weren't even here, you didn't tell me anything." He quickly left the room - he had been caught in a lie - but they charged me the $13. Here's the conclusion he's gonna lose $1200 a year to get his $13. Over the last seven years he's been paid around $7,000. He got his $13 but he's lost $7,000. What a brilliant businessman he is. I prefer to deal with men that have integrity. I perfer to deal with people who care about customers. I'm looking for a new dry cleaners now. Does anyone know a good one? This one is lacking in leadership, character and customer service. Now I can't pickup the package until Monday because apparently it arrived at a different time than when they could open the area of where it was dropped off. Beyond pissed because I gave them my information already the first time I went there and apparently a supervisor found my package. But then the second time I went there the super visitor was apparently in a meeting again and I had to give them my information again. Why is this stupid service saying a package is available for pickup between X amount of hours and then the employees refuse to go back there and get it.
