never and i mean never get any service done here. if you do make sure that you ask for paper work to prove it was done. I got tires put on here in october of 2024. first off they kept my spare which was a blessing in disguise because it allowed me to catch them in a lie. basically they charge you for an alignment with every set of tires they put on but they do not perform the alignmen. I know this because alignments are recorded and when I went back for my spare tire the next day they couldn't provide me proof the alignment was done because "our tech forgot to save the information" well in my line of work I know that's a bs excuse and I was told they'd put the vehicle back on the lift to run the numbers for me. an hour and a half later my vehicle was still on the lift being worked on. this place is a joke. they'll lie straight to your face because and get away with it. but beware and always ask these dirt bags for paper work proving the services performed read more

In September of 2022 i had 4 new tires put on my car. Needless to say they damaged the rim on my car. After showing them photos of the damage they promised to make it right. After several phone calls made manager gets back to me as they were looking for the part. It is now January 2023 have not heard from them in months. I've been to Moore tire a few times and the service was always good. Prices were fair. NOT this time. We had a flat tire and it was close to home so we took our car there. They pulled the tire off and it had a huge nail on the edge (not repairable) So we got a quote on 2 tires for $495, I thought it was a little expensive but the way prices are going up we said ok. They had to order 2 tires and said it would be a couple of days...OK got a call yesterday and they said my tires were in so I went in and when I got there they said oh, we only got one in. So they put it on, around 12:30 today I called to see if the other one came in they said no, so I cancelled the second on and went into pay and the one tire was way more than half the quote $278.47 so glad I decided to cancel they were charging me $220 for a tire that cost $164 elsewhere. needless to say Never again!!! read more

Took my car here just to have them look at my front tire because it was slowly leaking air. My sensor light would go on. I filled up the tire and sensor light would go off. Couple days later my sensor light indicate again. I took it there and they tell me it has a small whole and oh yeah my sensor is bad. Really it was just working. Tried to talk to Connie the so called manager and she gave a short answer and walked away from me. Very poor Customer service. My advise is stay as far away as possible!! read more

I've never had a good tire buying experience here. I would spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere. Nobody that works there gives a sh*t. I buy Goodyear brand and they are the only shop locally so here I sit for three hours while they laugh and screw off. All the while my vehicle "which was done" was sitting in the parking lot. I'm the only soul in the place when slick finally comes over and asks if I'm waiting for a vehicle. Yea dummy you were the one who helped me 3 hrs ago. He radios his minions who finished the vehicle an hour ago telling him that it's in the parking lot. I hear every word and he races out and pulls my vehicle around. So I ask him "was my vehicle sitting there the whole time?" He lies to my face and says no, they just pulled it around and now its ready, your all good since you paid nationally. I could only reply "wooooow" as I walked out. As a couple other clowns stare out out me as I shake my head at them. Figure it out. Go somewhere else, they suck read more
