I finally get the quote told over the phone not even emailed like they said. they tell me my health/dental insurance doesn't cover sedation there and it took me 3 people to get to a guy who could maybe help. Ive asked on 3 different occasions to send my x-rays to another spot where I am covered. they still sent nothing 3 more weeks later!! Any time i call the office i get the automated system which then is a 7-9 people wait and then when finally getting to a person they read off a script and say they will take care of it or they cant do it and transfer me to someone else who then does the same exact thing. So i took it upon myself today 3/13/2026 to go in person and have this taken care of and what do you know, they're closed on a day that says they operate from 9a-4p. But you cant call the actual office and get ahold of them to know this. This place is just ran terribly and should be a last resort option for anyone needing dental work done.
