I arrived well in advance of the scheduled time and watched 3 employees enter the shop. They left me standing in the cold for 20 minutes after the posted opening time (lights off, door locked.) When I entered the reception area, the very pleasant receptionist informed me that the shop manager would not be in until 9:30 (appt was for 8AM), and that she was to take photos of the car; they'd get back to me. She said that the manager has decided that he'll be coming in at 9:30 every day (shop opens at 8AM--per the sign.)
