I told them I had priced the part needed at the dealer and could save a couple hundred dollars by ordering the part myself from eBay. They were fine with that. The door on my truck was stuck closed and the latch mechanism was broken. Wouldn't even open from the outside. They had budgeted 1.5 hours to get the door open, but when they went to inspect it, it opened right up. They could easily have said nothing and charged me for the 1.5 hours labor, but JR took that off the bill. I have a whole new door panel and latch now for a very reasonable price in a very quick time frame. They were happy to work with me. These are honest people who know what they are doing.

He was so professional, so knowledgeable, and so caring while servicing my car. He mentioned that he had to take my car to the back and mark it up. He pulled my car around with a million markings on my entire car. Lol he wanted to show me exactly what they were going to fix, what they were not going to fix, and how.
