Cute place, wasn't charged for entrance, like they do for the pumpkin patch... I do have to say, they have a nice set up! Had a section for kids to write letters to Santa! Santa's sleigh with a reindeer and presents. A decorated tractor! At the end we saw the flocked trees ranging from $140-$266, my jaw dropped! Lol read more

Horrible horrible tree lot Sure the grounds are cute but the trees are awful. Charged me $189 for a tree that is already dried up 5 days before Christmas. They don't put their trees in water bowls so they just sit there on the hill in the sun and swept by the wind. It's the second year it's happened and should have learned my lesson but was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. Never again! So disappointed - especially given their excessive prices. If you want a tree that isn't shriveled fire hazard before Christmas stay away from this place at all costs. read more

I wasn't impressed today, it was my first time but the kind of warmth and greetings you would get at the Alpine Christmas Trees this place didn't feel the energy. No one was wearing a mask, no one. It felt like a big business spot with staff wrapping trees, trimming, bringing in and out trees. We left after 5 mins to go to Alpine! read more

We've been coming here for the past few years and they really have a nice selection of trees! They have multiple different types of tree offerings big and small! If you're looking for a bigger tree 10-14+ ft they seem to sell quickly! They also do wreaths and garlands. Aside from the great selection of trees there is ample photo op spots! It's great for families wanting to take pictures! There is also a few tables set up for writing letters to Santa with a mail box to send them off! The people helping with the trees are really great! They tie down the tree to your car really well too! One thing I do wish they had was a tree shaker - the last Christmas tree farm I went to had one and it just shakes off the old pine and any spiders or bugs. Not the end of the world they don't have one but it would be nice! read more

Really nice place to visit and pick up your Xmas tree! We appreciate the large lot with lots to see and a few farm animals. It was a great place to take my toddler and he had a great time running around. I will definitely come back next year! And thank you to the gentleman who was really kind to us! Always has beautiful trees. Great quality and helpful and friendly staff. Definitely is a family tradition and Moore's never disappoints. We also get our pumpkins here as well. Never seen such nice hand-picked pumpkins some breeds I had never seen before. Was hard to pick which one because they all were so beautiful. A great place for a family get together with the little ones to play for a little bit and pick out pumpkins and great memories. I wouldn't definitely recommend more's Christmas trees and pumpkins. read more

First time at this place and never again! It's bad enough to that the trees cost more than triple of any other lot ($140 for a tree and that was the lowest cost), bought the tree Friday and it's already drooping and dropping most of the needles, it's now Monday 3 days later.What a waste! read more

These are by no means fresh cut trees. Most don't have price tag, so be prepared for sticker shock at the register. Home Depot across the freeway has way better trees for a least half the price. The help was courteous but the lady at the register clearly hated her life. Never again read more

HORRIBLE! Anticipated the opening of this tree farm because of the proximity to our house. Once the weather improved, we set out to go pick out a tree. Upon entering their entrance tent, not one of the 4 employees broke from their conversation to welcome us in, so we took off on a walk on their lot. Saw the llama and his buddies in back, which were cute, but they did not have a shelter from the cold and rain. Unfortunately, the wind blew down the few trees that they had standing, but we didn't see anything that we liked. Noticed some 7-8 foot silver tips in back, stacked on top of each other (mind you, not one person came out to offer help to us). My husband picked up 1 tree with care (he is a certified arborist and knows how to handle and care for trees). The tree was pretty flat because it had likely been squished for a while. He then picked up another, when suddenly an old guy walked up to us and told us not to handle the trees. He told us to come back tomorrow and the few trees that had fallen over would be standing. Ok, I get it, I'm sure people come in there and make a big mess, but no other customers were there and we only picked up 2 trees. A better approach would have been to ask us if we needed help finding a tree or if he could show us some trees, but no. He was rude and lacked basic customer service skills. We were prepared to pay $105+ for a silver tip, but we will not be spending any money at this HORRIBLE tree lot. I gave 1 star for the cute llama, donkey and goats. read more

I went to go buy a tree with my family and i met the owner of the lot. He was super cocky and rude, I asked him a few questions about trees and he looked at me like I was dumb for not being a tree expert. His base price of trees were 77$ when I asked him is he had any deals he then laughed at me and said "yeah come back on the 23rd". I will never come back to his lot and I recommend you go somewhere else if you want kind service and cheaper prices. read more

Went on a wild goose chase from each of the three Moore's lots until we found this place (the only one with hours that actually matched up to what is posted on their website). Man that helped us net and tie up our tree was great, wish I could've gotten his name. However the owner/operator was not interested in making a sale...took a 5-7 minute phone call instead of taking my money that I was holding, ready to pay... trees are super pricey. This was our first and last experience at a Moore's Christmas tree lot. Next year, we're going back to San Martin or Half Moon Bay (customer service and holiday vibe totally worth the drive). read more

Great finding this place! The trees in general are awesome. They have every type and size you can think of. Prices are reasonable for the Christmas trees here. They do flocking from heavy to first snow. I got a tree, a Noble fir, and had it flocked for a change with the first snow, it looked great! Unfortunately you just have to deal with the crowd going to the outlets out here in Livermore but other than that it was a great find. read more

Amazing! We were trying to find a Christmas tree last minute in Tracy and there were absolutely no good Christmas trees. We looked around Livermore and Pleasanton, called around (nobody answered), we were almost hopeless. Luckily this place returned our call and the man who answered seemed so nice! He said the location was no longer Livermore and he's been trying to change it on this yelp page. The NEW LOCATION is 6430 Dublin Court right next to Nissan. The tree we got was full and a good size (it just had some brown needles which is expected since it was a last minute tree). We wanted to get it flocked but all the equipment was already packed up :( we got there too late (there were only 3 more says until Christmas Eve). They had some 12 foot firs left over that looked really nice still. We got an 8 foot for $105 and were pretty satisfied. Very very sweet people! Awesome customer service! i whould give them no stars if posible the lady approached me and was asking if i just parked here to go to the mall and that she can have me towed. i was clearly walking to the trees and not out the gate very rude service and the prices were terrible DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GO SOME WHERE ELSE! read more
