However it turned out even uglier in my opinion. He said if you looked at it from straight on it would not be noticeable, which is true, but from other angles it is a glaring eyesore. He did not tell me it would be beautiful only from one angle and I am very disappointed. So frankly I would not hire him for a repair. This is a reply to your offer. Thank you for your offer to redo the work, but when I expressed concerns after your initial repair, that would have been the time to discuss alternative approaches. At the time you left me with that was just the way it was because of the way light is refracted. I tried to ignore it but it leaps out at you every time you walk by. It is much worse than it was before and 4 times larger. I hired another company to come out and see what they could do. Although their repair still isn't perfect, it is significantly less noticeable. At this point, I don't feel confident that another attempt would achieve the results I would like.

Then the unthinkable, one worker was mad and cut the hoses to our dishwasher, refrigerator and stove after he self imploded from ruining two expensive counter top slabs. When I told Denise, she just said, "well he doesn't work here any more" and wasn't interested in replacing the counter tops. She never returned my calls after that and we had to have another company redo the counter tops. Now, four months later, several cabinets are cracking. Dennise won't return my calls. I just looked up the contractors license number for IDEL. It appears the license is currently suspended. And don't look at reviews prior to 2019. Dennise told me she has only owned the company a few years.

The unevenness wasn't visible to the eye but really noticeable by catching one's shoe or toes on the raised edges. They also worked with me to get my other bath white mosaic floor back to white. The installer had left "haze" on it, then stripped the haze and discolored the white grout in areas so it didn't all match. Koszo are the best at these issues and any other for stone and grout installations. WE will be using them from now on! PS I am very picky as I am in the design business.
