They also show you your dipstick to prove your oil was filled to the appropriate level. They check your windshield wipers and tire pressure and filters as well. Oh and don't forget between changes you can pop in for them to check your fluids for FREE! Truly a good experience that does not require an appointment just pop in when you notice the sticker on your window says it is time for a change. Horribly rude. I asked what oil they used and the gentleman (I use that term loosly) didn't seam to understand my question so I asked again clarifying with "do you use Penzoil, Valvoline..." at which point he began giving me a hard time as if I was in the wrong for asking the question. Finally I said forget it, please open the door we are leaving. He apologized to my wife, for what I don't know, he should be apologizing to the owner of the business for loosing a customer. Went today for an oil change and also a coolant flush. Will and Tracy were awesome! Treated me with respect and kept me informed what was taking place with my car. This was my second visit to Take 5, my second disappointment, and also my last visit. My first visit consisted of the tech not knowing what conventional oil was. This visit consisted of the tech telling me that they no longer carry conventional and that the cheapest synthetic blend was n/a because the pumps weren't working. My son went to take my car for an oil change and he was told that the only oil changes that they could perform were the high end $89 and $99 ones. They refused to do anything else. I will NEVER GO BACK. It was a waste of time. He didn't get the name of the individual but he went on 4/21/23 at 2:00PM. That guy should lose his job and if he is the manager/owner should rethink his marketing it he wants to stay in business. read more

I happened to be in the Milwaukee area from Chicago just for a day trip, and my car started leaking oil. Staff was not very friendly and was very pushy to add things on. They wanted me to buy an air filter for $27. The person that everybody kept asking questions who I perceive was. The manager never smiled once and didn't talk in a cordial manner. read more

It was so fast and easy to drive in and not have to get out of the car! They replaced the oil, a filter and topped off the fluids. I was very happy. The place was clean and the price was similar to other oil changes that I have had. I was happy it did not take long and I did not have to wait or come back. I came in at 9:30 on a Monday. There was one other car being worked on so I didn't mind the short wait. What I did mind was the older grumpy bearded guy complaining about another crusty who was annoyed with a wait. Customers shouldn't have to hear that. It was also GREAT to see my full synthetic oil going in to my engine RIGHT from the bottle - as opposed to some places pulling out an unmarked jug or barrel and just trusting that it really is the good stuff. Great service! These guys always leave me feeling like I'm not getting taken advantage of and that's something I always feel at car related places as I am a non car knowledgable female. They do fast, thorough work and have a nice lobby area that is air conditioned to wait in. They also usually have coupons that you can get from their website, as well as sign up for email notices when they are having specials. I used to come here with my dad when I was younger and now I bring my little guy with me when I get oil changes. I would recommend this location to ANYONE! I'd even like to thank them for always being polite and friendly. They really take customer service to the next level. You can stop back any time to have the fluids topped off between oil changes. I think they even offer a $10 discount if you come back within 100 miles of your next scheduled oil change. I of course NEVER get there before then but hey it's something to aspire to!!! read more

Stopped in on 5/11 for an oil change. Rick was already doing a car and I sat in my car and waited. There was a younger guy in the office just looking at a computer and his phone. Never came out to help. Three cars pulled up while I was there. The guy in the office never moved once or did anything. Rick did a great job and was doing all the work. I appreciate all that he did. He should be paid both salaries because the other person did absolutely nothing the whole time. All 3 cars eventually left without getting anything done. If it wasn't for Rick one star would be a reach. Because of the customer service I saw I won't be back at this location. read more

Always went to this place since it was Fast Track. First time I went to take 5 they took air out of my tires to their recommendation, not the manufacturer's. I made them fill them back. Next time they wanted $75 for an oil change! I have a sedan, with not unusual oil. Drove down the road and got it done for $40, and a free car wash. Save $35 going 5 minutes south. read more

First of all, they are extremely expensive. $50 for a basic non-synthetic oil $90 for a non-synthetic high-mileage oil. Second, they essentially tried to get me to leave. I pulled up and the old grumpy bearded guy walked out and asked "what do you want?". I said "I want an oil change" like, dah. He said "You'll have to wait, we are extremely backed up. The guy ahead of you just pulled in and I'm short staffed today. It will be at least 20 minutes". There was only one other car in a 3 bay facility... 'extremely backed up'? WTH! Anyway, I told him that we would wait... he clearly didn't like that response. 5 minutes later the door opened and he waved me in. The old grumpy bearded guy looked like he would rather be yanking out his toenails rather than working there. Lastly, they claim to be a full service oil change place. That means checking all of the fluid levels and doing the basic ounce over which includes checking the tire pressure. It even said on the receipt that the tire pressure was checked. I was sitting in the car the whole time. They didn't even look at my tires. When I got home, I did it myself. I needed to add air in all 4 tires because of the cold weather... single digits today. But for $50, I should not have needed to. I usually do my own oil changes, but the weather drove me to this place. Never again. read more

Very nice place to go for an oil change, or some other services. They have a nice waiting room for you while you wait. The oil change went very quickly, and was reasonably priced. They do all the basics, like fill your tires, wash your windows, top off your fluids, even do a quick vacuum of your floors. They didn't try to up sell me anything or tell me some filter needs to be replaced. Good people and good service. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Stupid kid under filled my oil by an entire quart after I specifically ask the oil to be measured and hand poured in. My engine was knocking the next day. During the same visit my drain plug was stripped out, and the kid told me I had transmission fluid as my power steering fluid and it needed to be flushed. SCAM Asked management for my $82 back and have been ignored. read more

First and last time I will ever go here! Got the Platinum Oil change and they barely vacuumed my car and did not even wash my windows! There was oil on my center counsel and they never topped off my fluids as it says they should. I checked my washer fluid and it was not even touched!!! Guys working were referencing smoking pot! Terrible place to get your oil changed! Don't waste your time coming here, trust me. First of all, the prices are ridiculous. I couldn't believe how much it costed for just a simple oil change. Also, when I first pulled up, they were very rude to me as I pulled my car in, making me feel stupid for apparently pulling in the wrong lane. And when I got out of my car, I instantly noticed that the female worker was obviously under the influence of alcohol or drugs, as she was slurring her words, and "nodding out". It made me feel very apprehensive about handing my keys over. The oil change itself was rather quick though, to my relief. All I wanted to do was get out of there from the moment I pulled in! So unless you don't mind having your vehicle worked on by drug/alcohol impaired individuals, I would highly recommend steering clear of this Fast Track! read more

I used to go here for oil changes when it's too cold to do it yourself. I was talked into getting a transmission flush done the last time. You should note that while your waiting for your oil change someone will come in every few minutes showing you things you need should let them do. I have a k&n air filter (one you wash not replace) and they tried to tell me I needed a new one. The filter was 3 weeks old. They also left my air box open after pulling out the filter, something I never asked them to do. If I wouldn't have gone in there to double check my new oil level that could have caused serious damage. Back to the transmission flush.. They did the service and I waited about 45 minutes.. No big deal. However, when I drove off my transmission was making a loud winding and grinding sound. I brought it right back around. They told me that for some reason the machine didn't filly fill it back up and didn't know why, not even an apology was offered. On cold days the sound would come back, so I took it to a dealer and they told me that the wrong fluid was used for my transmission. They replaced it with the correct fluid, and it's back to normal wasted $140.The airbox and transmission were on two separate visits. A decent place to do you emission testing but I would advise against letting them service you car. If you go for testing any time other than the early morning your going to be waiting in a oil change line. read more
