I've been there for a couple events. Staff is nice. Service is good. When there is food it's cooked perfectly

I stay at the hotel from time to time when I do remodeling. This hotel is a quarter of the price of Pebble Beach, and I like the views better at Seascape. A lot of the staff has been there for many years. I rate the hotel rooms a strong 4 stars. I like the fact that there is no air conditioning. The rooms are very clean and so many have kitchens!!!

They let us know about the amenities (pools and hot tubs) , their restaurant and bar and other activities for the weekend. We loved that after a day of hiking their golf cart drivers took us down and back to the private beach for sunset. You can rent a bonfire they tend for you with s'mores. We did not buy one but looked nice. We enjoyed breakfast at their restaurant and also one evening had a cocktail at their bar and there was live music which was very nice. The room had a gorgeous view of the ocean with a fireplace, a large closet, comfortable bed, with stocked and full kitchen. The negative :( Our bathroom , sadly it was very tiny and the shower head was horrible. The connection between shower and toilet was one door that barely fit in the space. Bathroom needs a remodel! Over all 5 stars would LOVE to stay again!

We were lucky enough to stay here the week beginning Easter, through that next Friday. We had a…read morePanoramic view deluxe room. We thought we'd booked the suite but nooooooo... The additional space would have been nice for two adults and their furry friend. It was still a great room with an awesome view of the dunes and water. Check in was terrific. The lobby is beautiful and stocked for a quick whatever you might want. There is a backyard behind the lobby that is sheltered from those pesky ocean breezes with firepit, tables, chairs and other stuff. Nice touch. Our room was spotless. The bathroom was very nice. Clean and let me say that the shower was fantastic. There is a heater/fan in the bathroom that made getting out of the shower, pleasantly warm. Toiletries are of nice quality. Our dog, Sian found the stick library very useful and she had a blast going after it on the beach and in the ocean. She even brought it back to the library the morning we left, for others to use during their stay. The pet welcome is a nice touch. This site is very pet friendly. Not so much for the timeshares that are on the same property. And that's fine. Parking is not allowed at the units. You are driven to your unit by one of the great golf cart drivers. Zach was our driver. Loaded all our luggage on to the the cart. As we journeyed to our cottage, Zach pointed out sites as well as amenities. Unloaded our luggage as wll as went and got us ice as we settled in. If you need help getting to your car, onsite restaurant or the lobby, just call the lobby about 10 minutes before you want to go and someone will be there. The restaurant is great. We ate there twice and had breakfast delivered to our unit twice. The bread platter... OMG... the bread platter. We loved it so much that we went to Otto's bakery in Salinas on our way out of town to bring it home with us. The restaurant is not open for breakfast but, at check in, you will get a room service menu that that's how you can have breakfast onsite. More on the restaurant in that review... Can't wait to go back. Have to say that overall, this is probably in our top 3 of vacation spots. Including Hawaii. It's just great.

I had this…read morehotel saved for a long time and booked it after seeing so many glowing reviews about the pet-friendly luxury experience. We paid around $1,000 for one night, so I arrived excited and expecting something special. Unfortunately, our experience was the opposite. Many of the pet-friendly touches that influenced me to book were missing at check-in. There was no personalized dog welcome setup, no dog package, and my dog's name was not on the welcome sign until I called later. I had also requested a simple welcome card for my mother-in-law's first trip to California, and although staff said they would gladly do it, it was never done. We also had multiple room issues throughout the stay. The TV was not working, the phone buttons to reach the front desk did not work, there was no extra pillow for the fold-out bed, and there was even a leftover dog chew from a previous guest found in the bed. To be fair, the maintenance employee was kind and helpful, and the complimentary bottle of wine was appreciated. However, for this price point, the lack of attention to detail and overall service was really disappointing. What upset me most was checkout. I politely explained that I was disappointed and thought at minimum the pet fee might be removed, but there was no effort to make things right beyond emailing the receipt. Beautiful location, but the experience did not match the cost or reputation. I truly wanted to love this stay and left sad and let down instead.

I went for an easy 30 minute hike that included a stone labyrinth. I had packed a nice snack and ate it at the picnic tables. You can't eat by the tubs, so having chairs along the hiking trails and the picnic tables were a nice touch. The main pool complex is very spacious, but I really enjoyed having an adults only option just a little bit further up. I would definitely come here again, it's such a beautiful natural escape. It's not a super long drive from Fresno, and it was a quite enjoyable scenic drive. When you get there, you're greeted by a nice attendance at the front desk. They give you all the details on the center and then I headed over to the locker room to change. They have two sets of soaking tubs one set is where you have to have clothing on and the other one is ware clothing is optional. The one with the clothing required was full, so I decided to track over to the clothing optional part. For those I'd like to go in the nude the area is fenced off, so nobody can see inside, but I decided to go in in my swimsuit. It was a great relaxing time where I took time to read a book that I haven't been able to enjoy for a while. Since I had packed a lunch, I went to over one of the picnic tables that they had and enjoy my lunch. After lunch, I headed over to the regular pool again. It was a great temperature and soaked for a little bit, took in the sun and then headed on back home. This is a fantastic place if somebody wants to do a day trip. However, there are areas where you can camp out with cabins and I believe in airstream you can rent out. Highly recommend.

Each space is so well thought out, detailed, and beautiful. We loved the charming Italian feel of the Chateau and the Western contrast of the Double H Ranch. We incorporated both into our wedding day and our guests were continuously wow-d as they moved through the spaces. The venue also needs very minimal decorations for a wedding since it is so grand. We stayed on-site in the Chateau which was so amazing. The grounds are beautiful and it was fun to use the pool and enjoy the many available spaces over our three days there (and the incredible breakfasts!). Stonepine has an amazing team. Oceanne and Ari helped us navigate every detail and gave so much care into the planning of our day. Nathan and Julie were excellent hosts in the Chateau and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The wedding truly could not have been a more beautiful or special day.

Never had an issue with WorldMark at their other locations. The front desk says check in is at 4 pm. We come back again at 4 pm on the dot for them to say it will take another 30 minutes and that "they are fixing something". Okay understood. But when we call for a later check out than 11am, my husband requested to check out at 1pm to compensate for the late check in, all they can say is that they can extend it to 11:30 am the latest, despite explaining the late check in. We could have checked into another hotel if all we wanted to do was shower and sleep. But we have always enjoyed what Worldmark facilities have to offer. Will not be coming back to this location again. Was it due to lack of staff? not sure why they could not extend later check out to 1 pm. 5 hours to clean a unit for the next tenant? Got me thinking if the membership is worth it anymore.
