Mooyah is our spot when we're craving a burger that's a cut above the competition! The service is fast and friendly, in a clean casual environment. You can choose from their stock offerings, or build your own burger. Today I chose a single patty on their fresh artisan bun, with cheddar cheese and Mooyah sauce. Simple and delicious. On the side, I got the personal French fries, cooked perfectly in fresh oil with a side of ranch. To top it off. I opted for the Little Moo Strawberry Shake. Voila! A perfect lunch. Enjoy!

Tried Moohaw Burgers after seeing it on a "Top Burgers in OC" list. It's in the same parking lot as a McDonald's, so people can easily vote with their feet and their wallet -- and honestly, Moohaw's the clear upgrade. I got the bacon burger (skipped the fries... painful calorie choice because they looked perfectly crispy). The burger was fresh, medium-sized, and sat right between fast food and a sit down restaurant burger. Clean inside, friendly service, quick turnaround. Now I've got about 90 minutes on the treadmill to burn it off -- and yeah, it was kinda worth it.

Came here because they offered coupons to the local area. It's an order at the counter, wait, and go pick it up kind of place (like In n Out). They have great options and a lot of seating (indoors and outdoors). I was mildly full already that night but I still wanted to try a bite or two or their burgers... somehow I inhaled 2/3 of a burger (cheeseburger) before I knew it was- it was amazing! I will say I preferred it to the mushroom one.

This was a nice surprise. The food was very flavorful. I ordered the vegan and it was delicious. My husband had the mushroom Swiss and said it was good. We ordered at the counter. The food came out very fast! The place was spacious and clean.

Since it was double cheeseburger day, I thought I'd try a place I haven't been to. MOOYAH was my choice. I ordered the indulgence burger with chips and an Oreo shake. The burger was a double bacon cheeseburger with fried shoestring onion. The burger was really good. I liked ther onions. The chips are homemade and fried yum. The shake was so thick, that's why you get a fat straw. I love and thick shake. Service here is very good. Everyone was friendly. I could tell the manager runs a tight ship and cares about keeping everything clean. I would definitely come back when I'm in the area.

Mooyah has been my number 1 burger spot since I first discovered it 5 years ago. I was a regular at another location until they recently closed down. Luckily, there is this one located near my workplace. My go to order is usually a BYO Burger and personal fries. My BYO burger always consists of tomato, lettuce, grilled onions, onions, and mooyah sauce on a potato bun. This place makes them just as good as the other location. I love the softness of the buns and the meatiness of the smashed patty. The best part is their fries though. $3.99 for a mountain of thick handcut fries. They are crispy and seasoned well. Overall, this place fills the void left by the closure of their other location. I am happy I can still enjoy the food here, although only during days that I can take a lunch break out during work.

I'm not really a burger person but my family liked the burgers. The loaded fries were ok. They were too soft for my taste. I liked sweet potato fries. The space is big and clean. It's a typical burger joint set up, nothing special.

Arrived and ordered online Took a while, and delayed the time Not to mention that it was also expensive... But when it came, the food was amazing! Delicious and good quality With a chalkboard in the back for children! Amazing, recommended to come here!

This is my new favorite burger place. I'm a vegetarian so I can't tell you how the normal burgers are but the people I took here seem to like them. I normally don't like black bean burgers but they do a pretty good job of it. I really like the fries and the shareable size is pretty big of a portion. The staff are always so friendly and provide pretty quick service. The ambiance is fun and they have wireless chargers around which is convenient.

This place is quite good and the prices are not bad either. Show me the MOOYAH! Speaking of which, we tried the Mooyah, which is their cheeseburger with fresh baked potato bun and their Best Quesonario, a spicy jalapeño burger, and added pepper jack cheese for an extra fee since this burger did not come with cheese. I don't eat spicy, but I actually preferred the Best Quesonario over the MOOYAH burger. The MOOYAH burger had way too much sauce. I did like that the 1/4 lb patties came straight off the grill and were very juicy and high quality. Their personal size fries were really big! Surprisingly, I liked the French fries even though they didn't look that appealing lol. The fries still have their skins, and are thicker cut. I preferred the SWEET POTATO FRIES. In N Out is still my favorite, but this place is a slightly more loaded version. I look forward to trying their ice cream shakes, which come in 8 flavors! Yum. Happy eating!

The burgers here are simple but taste so amazing. I got a regular cheeseburger but it was big! I was surprised with myself that I finished the whole thing! The staff here are really friendly.

After The Counter…read moreclosed nearby, I really needed a new local burger place when I had a burger craving, and The Cut delivers. I either order The Cut (yes, the $40 burger and fries) or I make my own bleu cheese burger depending on my mood. I'll cut to the chase: is the $40 burger worth it? If you've got $40 to spare and you like burgers, I think it's definitely worth it. I mean, I've had it probably three or four times now, and I'm not some kind of moron who likes setting money on fire (I hope), so it must be good, right? What's unique about it? Basically everything, but obviously the patty of meat is the star of the show, with a unique taste and texture that makes it stand out from a normal ground beef patty, and the cheese is no slouch either. The only negative is that my wife bullies me into ordering it so she can steal a few bites. The regular fries and sweet potato fries are also great. My wife got a steak with her caesar salad one time, and that was delicious too. We usually have the same waiter since we come around the same time/day every time, and he's always great. They also always have a great selection of beers on tap, today they had three different West Coast IPAs and I felt like a kid in a candy store... yum! Normally when writing a review I can come up with some sort of complaint to balance things out, but not really in this case. I mean, I could whine that the burger is $40, but no one is forcing me to buy it (except for my wife). All in all, I think this is one of the best places in Irvine to have a pint of beer and a good meal.

I wanted to share some comprehensive feedback regarding a recent experience, aiming to highlight both your successes and areas where further refinement could elevate the customer journey even further. First and foremost, I must commend your team for their exceptional warmth and hospitality. From my initial phone call to the moment I picked up my order, I felt genuinely welcomed and valued. This level of customer service, which often feels lacking in many establishments today, truly sets American Grub apart. It creates a welcoming atmosphere that significantly enhances the overall experience, and I sincerely hope this commitment to friendliness remains a cornerstone of your operation. However, I encountered a couple of points that, in my personal opinion, warrant consideration for improvement. Regarding the payment process, I felt a degree of apprehension about providing my credit card details over the phone. While I understand the operational need to secure orders and prevent potential losses, particularly for larger transactions, for a single item like my bacon cheeseburger, priced at $17.24 including tax, this practice felt somewhat disproportionate. I also noted the 99-cent fee for online payments, which, while minor, might deter some customers who are seeking convenience without additional charges. Perhaps exploring alternative secure payment links for phone orders or adjusting the fee structure for smaller transactions could enhance customer comfort and streamline the process. My primary concern, however, arose upon returning home. Despite ordering a bacon cheeseburger, I discovered the burger completely lacked bacon, as well as any form of sauce or mayonnaise. This oversight had a significant impact on the meal; the absence of these core components rendered the burger quite bland and far from the experience I had anticipated. When ordering a single item, the expectation for meticulous attention to detail is particularly high, as there are fewer variables. Consequently, the overall value of the meal, given the missing ingredients, was not quite met on this occasion. I did reach out to the owner privately via email to discuss these points, and I appreciate their responsiveness and transparency in addressing my feedback, particularly concerning the rationale behind the phone payment policy. It is reassuring to know that your business is open to customer input. My hope is that these observations can serve as constructive input, allowing American Grub to continue refining its excellent service and product quality. I remain a supporter of your local endeavor and look forward to seeing these aspects addressed. Thank you for reaching out. To clarify, all my reviews and communications are crafted solely from my personal experiences and genuine perspectives, not AI. Every word and insight you read is authentically mine, driven by my commitment to provide honest feedback. Even though the review was long..(lol) I wanted to make sure the details are accurate and understandable. This was conveniently located in the Tustin Marketplace and they were fortunately open until 11pm. Once we selected this restaurant, I downloaded their mobile app to see if they had a Rewards program, and was immediately granted a "Free French Fry" coupon. When I entered the restaurant, it was quite busy for 9pm on a Friday. I was immediately greeted by a very kind and helpful cashier (didn't catch her name but she had dark brown hair and glasses), who was very patient with me as I read the menu. She kindly notified me that I could use the free fry coupon on any of their availability options. I ordered the Magic Shroom burger, sweet potato fries, and a Oreo milkshake. The cashier then provided me with the number of the two top booth that she selected for us. At HopDoddy, the tables are assigned to the customer, even though it's a counter service restaurant. I actually preferred this method since it took the guess work out of me trying to find a suitable table :) Our food was brought out quickly with the fries being served first. They came with ketchup and an aioli sauce and I requested mustard on side. The fries were fresh and a generous portion. A great value considering they were free with the app coupon! The burger arrived, and I sadly have to admit that we were a bit disappointed. The flavor and temperature of the burger were good, but it was small compared the other restaurants serving $15 dollar burgers. The pesto sauce was the highlight of the dish. The Oreo milkshake is prepared with a custard base as compared to traditional ice cream. It was fine, but I wouldn't order it again. I prefer standard milkshakes as compared to a custard base. Overall, the staff members were friendly and our food was served quickly. The restaurant was clean and had the added benefit of being open late and being located in a central area of Tustin. That being said, the food was not memorable and I most likely wouldn't return on the basis of taste and satiety from the meal. I would return for a quick late night bite if I wanted to sit down in a restaurant instead of surrendering to the long drive thru line of a nearby, very popular fast food burger establishment (cough cough In-n-Out).

Otherwise, it's an easy short walk to the restaurant. Inside, Hammer Burger has both a bar area and a dining area. You order at the counter, and the food is brought out to you. The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, great food, great service, and a solid spot for a satisfying smash burger.

Wanna demolish a gloriously messy burger and catch the game at the same time? Then this is the spot…read morefor you! The Classic Burger arrives exactly how a smash burger should: wide, crispy-edged patties spilling over the bun, melty cheese, and mustardy House sauce dripping down our hands with every bite. What surprised us most was actually the sauce lineup. Most burger joints offer a couple of options and call it a day. Here, we've got buttermilk ranch, jalapeño ranch, chipotle mayo, white BBQ, Hammer sauce, and our fave: garlic toum. Creamy, garlicky, and addictive - we found ourselves dunking everything into it! The vibe is relaxed and lively, with plenty of TVs showing sports and a crowd that's there for good food and a good time. One thing to keep in mind: parking can be a bit of an adventure. There's plenty of metered street parking around, but it's a busy area, so you may need to circle a bit before scoring a spot.
