How convenient and good timing. So I said okay and I wasn't going to work with them because the timing was suspicious. But I said that I would still work with them. So we scheduled another day. I received an email asking if they could come out on a specific day and I said yes but I guess I didn't respond that same day and that was a problem. The next email I got was a response with the another date almost two weeks later. I asked what happend to the earlier date and I was told the sales rep books up fast and they got booked and then the asked me if I wanted another sales rep and I said yes and asked what time could they make it. The final email the sent me said after checking they don't service my area. Like really?! I already gave them my address the first time we talked, and now y'all don't service my area? Which is the Philadelphia area. That's real strange to me and still confused by their actions and responses. I wasn't rude or anything. Maybe someone will have better luck with this company but I couldn't be okay without sharing this with whoever decides to contact this company and maybe they will see this and not do this to the next potential customer.

Extremely professional and the quality of work was outstanding. I had all the remaining carpet in my home removed which consisted of 3 bedrooms, a hallway 27 steps and a family room. Jason knew that we had already been ripped off by the first contractor and assured us we were going to have a beautiful basement and he would begin the work right away. Mind you I had just had a baby and have three other children. I'm a pediatric nurse and had to take out a loan to pay for this remodel. He gave us an estimate of $20,000 with us also providing all materials. He came by the next day to pick up a Deposit check for $6,400 and that was the last we ever seen of him. After calling and emailing him asking for our money back he told us he was waiting on permits only we had already spoken to the permit woman at our town office and she assured us that none were ever filed. In March we finally gave up trying to deal with him to get the money back and filed fraud and theft by deception charges against him. The Burlington county prosecutor said we Had more than enough evidence to move forward with felony charges. He has since been charged and will face a grand jury indictment. The Burlington county prosecutor urges anyone else who has been a victim of him to Come forward and call his office. He said the case may take two years but he will definitely be looking at jail time and restitution.
