We wanted to replace the Queen bed in our guest room with a twin extra long to save some space. After my wife did some research, we headed to R&S to go shopping. I was expecting to spend hours testing out mattresses before we'd find "the one". I am thrilled to say that I was wrong! We walked into the store, and were warmly greeted and provided with a little background on the family owned and operated business. Our sales rep asked what we were looking for, as well as frequency of use (since it's for the guest room) and firmness desired. He directed us toward three mattress sets with varying firmness and construction materials. My wife and I both liked one right off the bat. After.... oh.... about 3-5 minutes of mattress testing..... we knew that it was the right one for us. The price was in line with our expectations and the delivery fee was also reasonable. The entire transaction was easy and painless, and our sales rep was VERY helpful and considerate of our needs. I was thrilled that he "thinned the field" for us right from the start to make our shopping experience much less time consuming and confusing than I had expected. The bed was delivered on time, and we love it! I highly recommend R&S. It's a great family run company that seems to cherish each and every customer. I swung by here on a whim looking for a body pillow for the wife. Unfortunately they did not have what I was searching for, but the salesman was very nice and offered some suggestions on where to look. He also gave me a quick talk about their mattresses but didn't push when I said I wasn't interested which I appreciated. The store was bright and clean and getting in and out of the location was easy. Although I was not in the market for a mattress, I would recommend this place to anybody who is. read more

Great experience purchasing a new mattress. There's a sign that says free delivery but we were charged. Apparently only certain purchases qualify even though we spent over $3500. Salesperson showed us a "comparable" mattress from Macy's for like $10k but not sure I believe it. Nonetheless, there was no pressure and we always try to support local. read more

I received emails that claimed my order was delivered in two different parts. Neither part arrived. Very unhappy and disappointed. I'm now trying to get a refund. I'd rather just buy from a brick and mortar store locally than deal with this nonsense. But you can bet I won't be buying a product from this manufacturer. read more

We looked everywhere and nothing seemed to be what we wanted in a new king mattress. Being that I work in the sales industry, I am more than skeptical when it comes to dealing with salespeople. I do my research, I refuse to buy on my first visit, and I question everything that's put before me. I also hate, hate, HATE pushy or arrogant salespeople. Enter Tony. By the looks of him you'd think he owns an authentic Italian restaurant. He is, bar none, the nicest man I've ever met in sales. From the moment we walked in he was all ears, and he knew his mattresses well. The selection was pretty good for a liquidation center, and all of the mattresses are new, never been owned or slept on. Within a couple of days, after I did my research, Tony gave us a great deal on a Sealy Posturepedic Cal King, and had it delivered and set up pronto. Side note: sold my 7 year old queen bed on craigslist in under ten minutes for $120. Yay craigslist! If you're unaware, R & S Mattress gives you a two week grace period, where if you don't like your bed, they'll swap it for a new one, no questions asked. My spouse had found the bed to be too soft, and I was also feeling a little achy, so we went in today and picked a new mattress, which will be delivered soon. Tony has been the only guy we've dealt with, since it's kind of a one man show. But it's perfect. He's the boss man, and he is always looking for a way to help out and make you happy. We are very happy we found Tony, and are looking forward to a slightly firmer mattress (called the Hannah, be sure to try it!). If you're in Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, or even East Gilbert, this is the best place to shop for a new bed. I'll send my enemies to Mattress Firm, but if I hear anyone else is looking for a mattress, Tony, I'm sending them your way. Keep up the great work. After a couple of weeks of frustration, bouncing from store to store, hubby and I were finally able to choose an awesome bed that we could afford. Tony was wonderful. My son wanted a new bed for his birthday . . . and R&S justhappened to be the closest to our house. The sales person was helpful and knowledgeable when it cam to matresses . . . and the prices we comparable to other places we had heard ads for. My problem is that the place is like one big store room . . . matresses crowded everywhere. And when we wanted to look at one that was not set up . . . they just flopped it one the floor for him to try. All in all an overall godd experience . . . but to get that fifth star . . . they will need to do some remodeling. read more

George and Tony were both great to deal with. The bed is absolutely awesome. Both my wife and I go to bed with an aching back every night and wake up totally refreshed. Our old mattress was so old, we forgot what a good night's sleep was like. We shopped a couple other dealers as well, but the BB price was always better. Frankie and Jaime were fantastic also. They called to say they were going to be late for the delivery, because they were stuck in the mud at another location. When I told them we didn't have a bed to sleep in until the delivery, they assured me they would make the delivery later that day. Sure enough, they were several hours past when they probably should have gone home, and had obviously had a rough day. They were still very polite, professional and fast! All in all, we have been thoroughly impressed by the quality (and the price) of the mattress, and by the level of customer service. I definitely recommend Brooklyn Bedding (Queen Creek). read more

My wife and I had purchased a Tuft & Needle king-size mint mattress. After about 30 days of waking up with back pain we decided to return it and head over to Brooklyn Bedding to see what options were there. Brooklyn Bedding came recommended by multiple people we work with and we've heard only good things. We headed over to the store on E Rittenhouse Rd in Queen Creek and had the pleasure of working with Tony. Tony was very knowledgeable and fun to work with! He helped us pick out a mattress that fit both our sleeping needs. After talking it out back-and-forth with Tony, we settled on their king size Addison medium softness mattress. Delivery was seamless, even though I wasn't home they left the mattress in a good spot for me to bring it in to the house. And setting it up was a breeze. From the first night it seems like the mattress was ready to go, very comfortable and we were both able to get a better nights sleep! I just wanted to let you all know about our experience shopping at your queen creek store last week. We had just begun the process of shopping for a new mattress we went into the QC store and were greeted by a wonderful man named Tony. He was so kind and knowledgeable and we narrowed it down to a mattress we really liked. Tony made us a wonderful offer and conferred with another associate in the store Eric, to ensure it was possible. We asked if we could shop around and come back this week if the offer would still be valid and they both agreed it would be. We were given a card for Eric with his cell number and were told when we were ready call him and he would help us and keep the price, pillows and sheets we agreed upon. After shopping around we decided to go with your company, until we called Eric. His answer was go online, was short and not helpful. We were very disappointed but hopeful that if we went back into see Tony we could get this mattress. Found out from the store Tony and Eric are not from this store and they will not honor the deal we made with Tony. You have now lost a customer because of the terrible service by not one but two of your employees. You need more employees like Tony. Update: after posting this I received several calls from folks at Brooklyn apologizing and soon received a call from Tony the original gentleman that assisted us apologizing again and asking to make this right. Thank you for listening to the concerns of your customers, addressing issues and making this situation right. We are excited to sleep in our new mattress that was delivered this afternoon. read more

Never buy a mattress at this store! We relocated from another state and bought a king mattress from them and were told they would allow us to exchange and upgrade if we didn't like it. I have never had back problems yet each and every morning my lower back is in more pain than the morning before and takes longer to get the pain to go away. I don't go to bed with the back ache but wake up with it so the bed is the only thing to blame. We tried to exchange it and they tell us we have to wait a whole month. So I have to endure a sore back from a crappy mattress for an entire month. Worst customer service ever! Would never recommend this store not even to my worst enemy! read more

My wife and I went in on last Sunday to look at a king and queen size mattress. King for our master bedroom and queen for our guest room. Tony was the salesperson and he was very friendly and knowledgable. We had been to at least 6 other mattress and furniture stores with the whole experience being very confusing. Tony broke the whole process down into a very easy system. We bought one of their Brooklyn Bedding beds with the Latex mattress for the king and bought a close out queen mattress for the guest room. If you would like to be educated in the mattress you buy, then talk to Tony at R & S Mattress. We walked out VERY happy customers. Our mattress was just delivered and I am extremely disappointed. I am not able to sleep on it because it is so high off the ground. (I am not even able to climb into the bed.) When I phoned the sales person to tell him that the mattress would not work he basically told me I was lying. When I told him that I literally could not climb into the bed it was so high off the ground he told me it was "too bad" and that I was stuck with it. So much for "customer satisfaction" and a "money back" guarantee. When I asked the sales person what I was supposed to do now because I had a bed I could not sleep in he told me he didn't care. It was my own fault that I didn't tell him what kind of bed frame I have. (He never bothered to ask when he was anxious to make a sale.) It's all about the sale and not about whether the person is happy with the product (or can even use it!). The sales person was nice until I bought the bed and then he turned into a complete jerk when I asked him to help me solve the problem I have with the bed. Would NEVER recommend. read more
