However, we figured a pediatric dentist would be better equipped and outfitted for wiggly kiddos. I asked in a local Facebook Mom group for pediatric dentist office recommendations based on the needs of our children, and I saw overwhelmingly positive reviews for a few. From there, I took to Yelp and I saw the 5-star reviews for Little Cloud. I called them up, and the receptionist was so delightful and happy to answer any questions. They take our insurance and had openings, so we made our appointments. Now that we've had two cleanings there, it was time to write another all star review for them! I can't praise Dr. Rachel and her office enough! First off, they are easy to make appointments with and have their own private parking lot right in front. This makes everything so easy. Her staff are sweet and sincere, and joyful! When you're greeted, the energy is positive like not only are they happy to be there, but they're happy you're there too! That type of energy and atmosphere is exactly what you want at a pediatric dentist's office! The office is SO cute and well thought out! There's a fun light-up wall with knobs for the kiddos to play with, plus some more toys and books. The furniture is adorable with little cloud stools and a very cool light up cloud ceiling! I mean, this office feels straight out of Instagram/Pinterest! It's way too cute! However, the praise doesn't just stop at the office decor. Looks aren't everything, so more importantly, Dr. Rachel is such a pleasure! She's fantastic with children. She has great techniques to work on babies and nervous children. Fidgety kids? She has TVs mounted on the ceiling as well to hold their interest while she works. She has a fun bar where kids can pick their flavor for their cleaning. Every detail here has been thought out. Plus, she is so kind and informative! She tells you what she's doing and gives helpful intel and advice. Her office is very modern, and bright, with the latest gadgets to help her do her work smoothly and quickly. She also offers appointments where her specially trained therapy dogs can be present! The dogs are in the office twice a week. Our next appointment is when they're there and we're excited! Plus, after the appointment, kiddos can head to the prize wall and get a gapcha! So fun! Plus, on our first visit, they took a cute Polaroid of us to commemorate our visit, and the kids got some cute little items! I love the cloud toothbrush cover! Plus, my baby loved her cloud squishy toy! The entire practice goes out of their way to not only make you feel welcome, but to make the visit fun and enjoyable! This second visit, any nervousness was gone! It was the best dental visit my 6-year-old has ever had, and our 1.5's visit was also a breeze! I couldn't believe how well it went, and its a testament to Dr. Rachel and her team! This is the type of vibe I want when I take them to the dentist. I mean, this is the type of vibes I want when I go too. Does she take adults? hahah :) We're so happy there and highly recommend Dr. Rachel!

The anesthesiologist and dentist were both outstanding--professional, compassionate, and very attentive to my child's needs. We especially loved Little Joe, who made the experience even more comforting and fun for the littles. As someone who was feeling quite anxious about my granddaughter's surgery, I truly appreciated how patient and reassuring the entire team was. They took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The procedure itself was handled with the utmost care, and everything was done efficiently without ever feeling rushed. I was also very impressed with how quickly we were able to get scheduled. Overall, I am extremely grateful for the excellent care my granddaughter received. I'm not sure if they give you a choice of which animal brush, which matching bib, since Covid; but you can choose your flavor still. Staff is always friendly, accommodating, and understanding. My daughter didn't want her teeth to be touched for a few times. Then gradually she let them brush and polish all her teeth. Dr. Renner is great, knowledgeable and very kid friendly. I had Zometa infusions after having breast cancer in 2011. Apparently there is a half life of that…read moremedication for decades. I went to another oral surgeon, Dr. Karas, who said he "...wouldn't touch me with a 10 ft pole" and told me to leave my 6 year old infection in my right lower back molar alone because if I try to pull the tooth, I will create a permanent hole in my gums leading into my sinus. Leave it until it starts hurting he said. I did for 2 years. I went back to my Oncologist and told him what Dr. Karas said. My Oncologist said his patients who are still on Zometa have their teeth pulled all the time without incident. He referred me to Dr. Gronbach. I cannot say enough about Dr. Gronbach. Not only did he pull the tooth (it's now been 4 months and is healing beautifully), but he listened to my whole ordeal, scheduled surgery and offered to give me general anesthesia since I was so scared, took 3d xrays and explained the entire process. It was the easiest surgery I have ever had and I did not have any pain. If I would not have found Dr. Gronbach, I will still have an active infection in my mouth. Dr. Gronbach is kind, intelligent, patient, sympathetic, thorough. Great bedside manner! He spent two visits going over what he was going to do and why. He even let me take pictures of the xrays and explained everything in such detail for my husband and I. Great oral surgeon - he will be doing all of my dental work from here on out.

My daughter had serious oral trauma from being intubated as a toddler, and with years of loving, patient, compassionate care they have turned that trauma around and we now have a girl who will literally trust them to do ANYTHING dental that she needs done! The most epic example is on Mother's Day this year, she knocked out a permanent tooth while playing. Dr Christina left her own children for hours on a Sunday/Mother's Day to come in and replant the tooth, with skill and respect for my daughter throughout the procedure. The tooth is now thriving again thanks to multiple check ups and little interventions she has done along the way! That experience could have scarred us all for life but instead my daughter happily skips into the office. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS!
