He did and I handed him $5 one dollar bills and he said, I don't want your three dollar tip, I told him it wasn't 3 dollars it was 5 dollars. He stated I make $500,000 dollars a year so I don't need your tip. He said "if you would have bought your tires from me I would have fixed your tire and I would have rolled out the red carpet for you!" From the start, everything was quick and efficient. I was on a waiting list, and instead of having me come sit and wait, they texted me about 15 minutes before they were ready to see me -- which was SO convenient. When I walked in, the front desk staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, especially the lady at the front desk. I enjoyed our conversation so much it almost made me want to come buy tires for fun more often (lol). The shop itself was the nicest tire shop I've ever seen -- unbelievably clean and well-kept. I would recommend this place a million times if I could. The gentleman who worked on my car did an excellent job explaining exactly what was done and what maintenance I should expect in the coming months. I'm definitely not a "car girl," so I really appreciated how patient and clear he was when walking me through everything. Outstanding service all around -- I'll absolutely be back!
