The front right side of the vehicle was damaged. First, after the vehicle sat at their shop for weeks, they admitted on December 23rd that they did not even have a technician available to work on my car and couldn't provide a start date because they hadn't even started disassembly. Second, the estimates provided by this shop were highly questionable. The estimate jumped from $20k to over $33k without any work being performed. Most concerning was that they included "damages" to tires and rims on the left side of my vehicle--a side that was never involved in the accident. When I sought a second opinion from a BMW certified shop, they confirmed that the "mechanical issues" (specifically a steering shaft replacement) Northside claimed were necessary were not supported by the test results. It felt as though this shop was working in tandem with the insurance company to inflate the estimate just enough to "total" the vehicle rather than repair it. Between the lack of staffing, the inconsistent communication from Marie, Christopher, the manager Nate, and the inaccurate damage reports, I would strongly caution anyone--especially those with luxury vehicles--against using this facility.
