I requested a service call for a noise that i heard coming from the attic but when the technician got to my house the sound mysteriously disappeared. He was able to locate a leak coming from the attic and also a choke on one of vents that prevented air from flowing into one of the rooms. We listened for the original noise again and found that i needed a new vent motor so i got that fixed. technician also serviced my AC on the outside. I have been dealing with completely unreliable HVAC contractors for the last few years. My mom decided she needs to have her 1970s HVAC system replaced so I posted this job to Yelp. Within a few minutes, Jesus responded. The first of a group of contractors. We set up an immediate appointment that morning so he could check out the job. He spent time with my mom explaining everything and gave her an estimate. My mom told me to not even bother checking with anyone else as she loved Jesus and his bid, although not the cheapest, turned out to be the best. After coming across too many pricey bids, we found Morales Heating and Cooling, who came out the same day to provide a reasonable quote to install our mini-split. Jesus was friendly, checked our mini-split unit for any additional parts he might need, and educated us on all the steps required to install and recommended a cover for the ducts/cables.
