My mother in law told me there was a new curry place near us, and i didn't pay it a lot of mind because she doesn't really like spicy curry and i do. Flash toward to two weeks ago and i got a stomach infection that led me to be on antibiotics and VERY BLAND food. As soon as i started feeling better, 1 week later, i was highly craving Indian food. I already know all the basics in Corona, which aren't too bad, but this place surpassed my expectations. I've literally had this for the 3rd time this week. For my first meal i had the basic chicken tikka masala (something i throughly love from Indian places, the sauce is just amazing) and i got a small entree of butter chicken. I've actually never had butter chicken but figured it would be similar to chicken masala. I have to say, the butter chicken was my favorite one out of the two. I later on saw on Yelp that the butter chicken poutine was good and decided to give it a try. I would like to say it's loaded up fries on Indian crack because it's soooo good. I have to say it's always hit the spot just as i ate it. I saw some people complain about price being a lot but it's honestly reasonable, we paid like $9 bucks for just fries that are definitely super filling and for me an okay meal to share wit hi my husband when we aren't starving. I found this Indian place near my office. I had a chicken curry lunch special, which also consisted of basmati rice, garlic naan, and a small salad with chutney sauce. I also got a mango lassi. The food was pretty good. The service was decent too. You would order and pay first, then they'd deliver you the food to your table. I got my food fairly quickly, within about 5 to 7 minutes. Last night was another one of our in home date night and we decided to get food here. We were NOT disappointed. We ordered Chicken Tikka, my favorite. The children was so tender and flavorful. My husband had Lamb curry for his entree and it was also delicious. Not overly spicy, we can still taste the food. We also had the Spinach another one of our favorites. Amazing! The Garlic Nans(which we had), if they are freshly made, they are so much better than plain nan. But it's a preference. Portions are great, we had enough for leftovers. My husband said the staff was great, very attentive and friendly, the place was rockin' so they must be doing really good for their customers. He couldn't take pics for peoples privacy. The Chana Masala is my favorite, I love the flavor. Everything I've tried tastes good and fresh. The establishment is always clean and the owner is friendly and welcoming. The servings are more than plenty but because it tastes so delicious I always finish it, I don't have the self control to take the rest home lol. This place has very good food and very good flavors compliments to the chef. We have been here three times and the food has been very consistent. One critique I will provide is that all three times we have been upcharged on our bill. The first time we were up charged we were told it's because of the fact that we ordered lamb instead of chicken. But the menu prices show each item separately with separate prices. The second time we got up charged because we ordered online. And now we were up charged again and I'm not sure exactly why but two of our dishes had $4 and $2 added to them. When we took the food back home, I noticed that both dishes which we ordered large sizes of or only filled halfway. The photos show the dishes opened without anything removed...
