Highly recommend this place for cellphone repairs. The crew is a knowledgeable staff that was friendly and informative. My pregnant wife was offered a seat in their comfortable computer chair instead of the lobby chair and a water. I was offered a espresso from a new machine that smelt amazing. My wife has a Samsung galaxy S6 that she has had repaired once prior to this. The first repair was from a different company and it only lasted a 2 foot fall within the first 2 months of repair. Stopped between appointments for coffee walking past a kiosk "More Than A Fix" a phone / tablet repair company. I stopped for a new charging cord for my car. Michael a company technician helped me. As he worked to connect the chip card payment reader he explained the company services and products and how excited he is to work with the company. He is working his way through college and found a passion he didn't realize he had due to the mentorship and opportunity the company provided. I have sales leaders across the country who work in my company and Michael is as good as any because he wasn't selling me he was sharing with me the experience of "More Than A Fix". I've been a customer of "More Than a Fix" in San Clemente for many years; they have always been able to resolve any issues I have with my mobile phone. Recently I'd plugged my phone in to charge the battery overnight; the next morning it had not charged at all and was dead. I took it to the guys at "More Than a Fix" in San Clemente; they cleaned out the USB port, checked with their equipment to verify it was receiving a charge, then opened the back of the phone and noticed one small screw was loose and making contact with other parts which was stopping it from charging the battery. My phone was fixed and charging 5-10 minutes after I arrived; the repair was only $10. I highly recommend "More Than a Fix" in San Clemente for any mobile phone repairs! Sooo I cracked my phone screen last night and was super upset because I knew that I was going to have to pay like 100$ to get it fixed. I called this morning when I went into work and the guy was extremely nice and straight to the point. He gave me the exact price and told me to just text him my work address and he would come fix it . When he came to my job, he very fast and efficient. He fixed my phone in literally only took him 14 minutes. He also put a glass screen protector over it(usually cost like $40). The end cost was $80 for a new screen and a screen protector which is extremely cheap. All the other places started at 80 or 90 without screen protector. Definitely recommend it ! I showed up to the office on a Saturday to get my friends cracked screen fixed. I was a bit disappointed that nobody was there. I remembered that they will come to you, so I gave them a call. Much to my delight they were walking up the stairs returning to the office while we were on the phone. The customer service was awesome. Extremely impressed and recommend to anyone needing repairs. Called to set up an appointment to get my iPhone 6 Plus screen repaired. I told him 1:30 would work best for me. He drove to my work and walked in at exactly 1:30. He explained everything up front as far as pricing and what he was able to do, took my phone with him, and brought it back 20 minutes later. I have always been weary of these kiosk-type places that repair phones, but I read some good reviews. I called the number after purchasing a Groupon ($20 for a $45 voucher) and Michael was very friendly. He made sure he had the glass for the phone we needed fixed before we went down there. We went down to the Outlets at San Clemente and he fixed it in about 20 min. Looks like new. After using the $45 voucher toward a $80 repair, I only was charged $35. What a great service! I wish there was something like this also where I come from. I was traveling and my phone fell and broke! I was upset and didn't know any place that could fix it. I asked the receptionist in the hotel if she can recommend any lab and they told me about the service of "more than a fix"! Walked in and they fixed phone while I waited. It was immediately obvious they are very experienced and efficient, only taking about 10-minutes to replace the screen. There were some complications with a bulging battery and they worked hard to try to make it work. Ended up walking away with a new screen, battery, screen protector and a phone case.
