Horrible experience my motorcycle sat there for one month unattended. The apathetic, intemperate manager would not return phone calls although he did say once before hanging up on me he could not source parts for a simple electrical issue. I provided him a parts warehouse that overnights for free but he could not manage to do it. When I finally decided to pick my bike up he would not even face me but instead exited the rear too busy again with a phone call? I really do not understand what I did as a customer to be treated so poorly? As a matter of fact I once wore a silver bracelet with skulls to the shop which the manager absolutely admired so I removed it and gave it to him much to his joy. Well, when I was leaving with my bike there was the bracelet I had given him in the counter display along with the sunglasses to be sold? what a guy, In closing, I never forget a face or place however in this instance I will make an exception . The communication about my needed repairs was amazing- Ben took time and explained everything to me in great detail- so appreciated! He recommended repair options and worked with me to decide what was really necessary and what could wait. A full service and they Dyno tuned my bike and it now runs better than it ever has-- it has so much power, it's like a new bike! After going to the Harley dealership for service and being told my bike needed a laundry list of repairs ($5000++) I was grateful to find the skilled team at Moreland. Great work, quick turnaround time, at a fair price. These guys know there way around a bike. I have a 2015 Indian Scout and asked them to put a new set of mini-ape handlebars with bar-end turn signals and to remove a rear turn signal/ license-plate assembly from the back and add a side mount license plate holder with light. The local Indian dealer bawked at the idea of changing anything electrical, so on a recommendation I went to Moreland and they did it in a day and a half, no issues. If you want an old school motorcycle shop, with old school "can do" know-how then this is your place. read more

I told them I had just bought the bike and wanted them to do a full service on it. They were more than helpful and patient with me. After I dropped it off I got a call from Ben and he informed me what my bike needed and they started working on it right away. They were great about calling me before they did anything to my bike and kept me posted on how the work was going. Got my bike back fast and it runs perfectly.
