I discovered Triumph San Diego last year when I was searching for a 350 Classic Royal Enfield. I found their website and saw one they were selling that I instantly fell in love with. It was a beautiful halcyon grey color! I sent a message to them asking if it was still in stock and I got a response right away from Jeff. He was super nice and answered all of my questions. My husband and I went to the dealership the same day and were greeted by Jeff. We saw my bike and I knew I had to have it. Jeff did the paperwork and financing for us and we were literally done and out the door within an hour. He made everything super simple and gave us a great rate and price! I love my bike and I love this dealership. Everyone from Jeff to everyone in the parts department were so nice and so helpful. They made everything super stress free and it was just a very positive experience. I highly recommend this dealership!

Brought my street scrambler in for service tires. They were able to get me in timely, contacted me when it was ready, and took great care of the bike. Love the knobby tires for that scrambler look. Parts team is very knowledgeable and a great help to get the right items to complete the look and comfort with the shield, headlight guard, and other trim pieces. Where else would I want to go to setup and take care of the bike.

Thank you all at Triumph San Diego for doing what you do. I bought my 1st bike ever, at the young ripe age of 54. I shopped several dealers last year looking for a Bobber, and none of them can compare to the courtesy and professionalism of Triumph SD. Issac and Jeff are not SALESMEN,  they're just great Motorcycle guys that happen to have five-star bikes you can buy. I never felt pressured at anytime. Service dept. is great also, thank you Danny and Dan for fantastic work on my bike. Recommend to everyone looking to buy a motorcycle, try Triumph San Diego first. -Dante

Started my bike hunt last year and my father in law and I went to a numerous dealerships to find the bike that most suits me. Issac was very kind and knew a lot about the bikes and I did not feel like he was just blowing smoke up my rear to make a sale. A month later, I came back and saw a bike that I liked and was well fitted for what I'll use it for. Jeff let me test drive it and we talked a bit and again no pressure on me and no gimmicks. Bought the bike and they give you 15% on parts for 30days if you buy from them. Rob and Danny helped me customize my bike to make it one of a kind. Moral of the story, go buy your motorcycle here. Very knowledgeable crew and pretty chill guys. Hurry!! Do it now!!

Triumph San Diego is absolutely phenomenal. The customer service, knowledge, and know-how are unmatched. Isaac and Jeff will take care of you, they made the financing and purchase process easy. They're truly passionate about bikes and riding. The store also has lots of gear, accessories, and aftermarket products for your British twin. If you're interested in purchasing a motorcycle in San Diego, you have to check out Triumph San Diego.

Randy is the worst mechanic I have dealt with in my life and extremely unprofessional (And I think…read morehe is the owner). I took my Big Dog motorcycle in last year to have carb work done and an oil leak fixed. He did the carburetor but when I went to pick up the bike I noticed an oil puddle under it. When I asked about the oil leak he said "its probably a primary cover bolt that went too far through and is leaking in the back, just put some thing in there to plug it up". I told him "no, i brought it in for you to fix the oil leak. can you please take it back and fix it?" After fixing the oil leak my bike had electrical issues and wouldnt start. Unfortunately I had to have him fix that too. 3 Jobs done, zero calls upon completion. I had to call him sporadically to get a condescending "were still workin on it" then when its ready and call I get a "its been ready for almost a week now" resulting in my bike being at the shop for over a month. When I finally got the bike back there were over 10 new scratches on my tailpipes, engine, and forks. Randy denied any involvement. After bringing the bike in and showing him the multitude of scratches I got him to agree to detail my bike so a potential buyer might not see the scratches as well. He said he was too busy to do it this week and would call me. To my surprise i never got a call

Top notch customer service!…read more Bryce was awesome. He helped me with my tire purchase/service and afterwards saw me browsing gear. He was very in depth with his explanation of different ratings on each types of gear. You can tell he's very experienced with riding. I'm not sure if he's a manager, but if not, he needs a promotion Miguel at the front was outstanding as well. After my payment, he researched an oil filter for my bike. He had to do a little extra digging but found a good value for my KLR. Great customer skills They both went out of their way to make sure my questions were answered thoroughly about my products and services before purchase. I really appreciated their time. After searching online first I drove down to this location although I'm 10 min away from San Marcos location because they had a bigger selection. I had a helmet in mind but once I got to the store I saw sooooo many other options. Liv was extremely knowledgeable about fit and helmet integrity which heavily influenced my purchase. Because my size was not in stock I was provided the option to have my helmet shipped to my home at no additional charge. It arrived within a week. The store also offers a wide selection of almost every riding product for all types of riders. I understand the challenge to staff for varying customer volume but I docked 1 star due to a long wait (I wasn't even acknowledged for at least 20 min) especially after coming from San Marcos. Just give yourself time if you will need personal assistance.

I had just moved to San Diego and read great reviews for a shop down the street but when I go there…read morethey were out of space so I drove home and saw Clairemont on the corner and stopped in. They aren't very friendly like people have said but I'm more concerned with getting my bike tire replaced than pleasantries. I have loved my past cycle shops even when the guys were gruff. It's about the work first and foremost. Cut to a year later and I have found a great shop recommended by co-worker and I ask them why my rear tire only lasted 800 miles of very light commuting? It had metal bands showing! Turns out It was the wrong tire for my bike and was designed for smaller lighter bikes not my bigger touring bike. The load index matters more than you think! I think they sold me what they had on their shelf. I suppose its on me to know my load index but I can now say my new shop would make sure I got the correct tire because they are purist they would even go so far to tell me no If I showed up with wrong tire because they care most about doing quality work. Come to think of it I'm pretty sure they covered their butt's when they sold it to me saying something like "This is a sport tire and wont last as long", NO this tire is not rated for my bike and is a very bad idea. Prices were fair and work was done in reasonable time. So not a bad shop, but I want something more. And to reviews that say they have a great inventory, very suspicious those are real. They have NO inventory at all I remember like 10 tires on the wall, that should have been a warning.
