I learned a lot just watching them work. We transplanted at the worst possible time while the shrub had started flowering, and we knew there was a high probability it wouldn't survive the transplant. However it's been three weeks and the shrub is blooming and alive, and we think this is largely due to how cleanly they cut the roots and how quickly and securely they got it back into the ground.
