I reached out to Rainforce Irrigation hoping for a full inspection of our system and a plan to get it fixed. Raul responded quickly and came out the next day. After confirming that the design was not ideal, he gave a detailed and very reasonable cost to fix it. He even coordinated with another contractor friend to take out and reinstall part of our patio so he could run a larger water line. Only time will tell, but I feel confident that we are finally going to have a beautiful lawn this summer with sufficient water flow and all new sprinkler heads that actually cover our lawn!

He asked I call him which I did right away and he asked for me to text him my address. He told me he could be at my home in two hrs. I told him it could work. This would have been at 4:30 pm. Most companies would ask if it works for you but he insisted that he was coming. He never showed up. It was getting late and I've waited around for a bit and was super frustrated as I also have a new born... I reached out to him yesterday and he insisted that 9 am this am is better than 8 am my suggested time. Again, no show, didn't call say he's running late, just didn't show up. This isn't a great way to run a business. Just lost my business and I'd think twice about scheduling an appointment with this company.
