I decided to pay $125 for a flat-bottom sole and am very happy with the workmanship, quality, and comfort of the replacement. I decided to go see Lee and he said the only real way to fix was to sew the heel to the shoe. $20 and I was able to pick up within 24 hours so I could wear the shoes at the event I was attending.
