Lloyd, Scott, Ann, George, Jessica, Emily and everyone else offer bespoke service. They are uniformly lovely. They all have a great sense of esthetics and make excellent recommendations for frame selection. The Zeiss lenses that they offer are optically excellent. They are great at fitting and adjusting glasses. Hopefully this will never happen, but the place where CNO shines is in problem resolution. They can help with the most difficult issues. I have not known of a patient, colleague or family member who has not been happy with their glasses. Even if you were paying out of pocket, Westway prices things reasonably. Their OOP price for the glasses (with lens treatment add-ons) I chose was equal to what I've paid at other places after all the insurance coverages and discounts were calculated. Oscar never once pressured me with an upsell to get a second pair of glasses or sunglasses, and he gave really solid recommendations after quickly catching on to my sense of style. And my finished glasses were ready in less than a week! As if that weren't enough, Oscar effortlessly passed the test I do every time I shop for glasses. I go to the women's section first. You can literally drop off your glasses and get your frames redone with your prescription for less than an hour, you can drop your glasses off go have lunch and come back with your glasses fixed your frame redone. Besides placing the same SPH in both eyes although I showed them an Optometrist prescription that asked a different SPH for each eye, I just checked the "refurbished" sunglasses UV protection with the UV flashlight test and the $20 bill. Although they told me the tinted lenses would have UV blocking protection, these lenses FAILED the UV blocking test. I would be damaging my eyes if I would keep using them!!!! This place is not cheap; they are a FRAUD. Even 5 dollars Amazon clear readers block UV 100%. 90 dollars wasted (plus my time) at Optical 88
