    Butter Cake French Toast
    Alyson H.

Service was good, food was good, ambiance was eh. My husband and I were in the area for a concert and wanted to a grab a quick breakfast before heading to the airport. He had the skirt steak Benny and I had the butter cake French toast. His Benny came out warm, the cheese he said was a nice touch to the sandwich. The French toast was a bit cold, but still good. The vanilla latte I had was really good!

Kinda pricey but it's down town so kinda to be expected. The food was good and the staff was attentive and friendly!

My wife and I dropped into this location on Christmas Eve morning, and it was understandably quiet. The staff was prompt, friendly, and helpful when ordering, as is my experience at other Morning Squeeze locations. I tried the gyro omelet. While the portion was huge, it didn't have as much gyro meat as I was hoping for, and it was a bit bland and runny. The tzatziki sauce on the side, however, was excellent. Not a bad experience overall, but I was hoping for more. I'd visit again, though I'd probably try something different next time.

Decent priced. Dana, the server, was pleasant. I tried the Banging Breakfast Sammie - eggs, bacon, & cheese on an everything bagel. It was lacking seasoning, but it was fulfilling. The strawberry oj was good. Street and garage parking available.

I want to start by saying I will not return to this establishment. My friend ordered a vegan omelette & found ham inside. I ordered a pancake and the bottom was so burned, all you could see was black. I was in disbelief that they would even serve something so burnt. I have no other words.

We came here for my roommates bday. The place looks nice and fun, very colorful. The service was great, the girl was very nice and attentive. Unfortunately the food wasn't so great. She ordered the meat omelette which made her stomach upset (cause the egg wasn't cooked all the way) and she puked. Our other friend didn't feel the fruit was fresh on her French toast, but mushy. The manager did come to the table and apologized, gave my roommate a gc not sure she'll go back but it was very nice. I, on the other hand liked what I ordered, which was the barbacoa omelette which was so good!! Very nice and tasty!!

It was Superbowl Sunday, 2025. Two of us arrived near the Central Ave Audubon Center. It was our Sunday morning Protectors of the Salt River Yellow Stinkmet Weed Eradication Hour. Afterwards, Arrow and I came to Morning Squeeze. Mikaela, a hard working college student was our server. The. coffee was good, oat milk our creamy additive. I ordered a $2.50 slice of blueberry bread, Pastry of the Day. It was a generous, delicious slice slathered in whipped cream embellished with blueberries and cut strawberries dusted with powdered sugar. Adios A1C. Mikaela was very patient as an omelet with super crispy hash browns and French Toast were added to the tab. You get mighty hungry bending down. pulling and filling bags ful of the 2025-2035 Stinknet seeds. We refueled. It was all delicious. Smiles fill the Treasury of my heart. I got better acquainted with an interesting artist of a weed puller- poet, musician, sound engineer, photoshop wizard. Great, attentive service. Nice restaurant. My kind of Sunday morning.

    Love it!!

The cold brew is not for me (lesson learned) the fruit was refreshing Service is great with a smile great people. The ambiance reminds me of the lower east side of Manhattan NY. Very chill and welcoming

Stopped into Morning Squeeze while staying nearby for business. I must say the service here is outstanding. I was warmly greeted, seated quickly and soon my order was in. Breakfast burrito no chorizo and a side of hash browns. I had delicious iced green tea to drink. The interior is nice, decent music playing and the place has a fun laid back vibe. My meal was out pretty quick and everything was fresh and delicious. The size of the burrito was generous and filling. Service was great at Morning Squeeze and I would certainly return if in the area again.

Morning squeeze is a wonderful place to eat. The establishment is very upbeat and clean. The waitresses, employees and host are very friendly! My server's name was Sahara she was very sweet and friendly. Great worker. The food was delicious! Omg the pancakes were super fluffy and soft. So tasty 10/10 I recommend this place for brunch. Great Breakfast food. Not to mention the mimosa flight was super good! Thank you so much to my server Sahara!

    Granola Crunch French Toast

Very cool place in downtown phoenix. The wait was short even though there were a lot of people there. Our server was very nice even though he seemed to have a lot of tables. I got the granola French toast and it was very good. The price is pretty decent for the food. My dad got the gf pancakes and they were very good. You couldn't even tell that they were gluten free. Overall a great place that deserves a visit if you are in the area.

Biscuit's and Gravy and Butter Cake French Toast
    Chris W.

If you're looking for a vibrant breakfast spot in downtown Phoenix, Morning Squeeze offers a fun vibe and a diverse menu. During our visit, we tried the **Biscuits and Gravy**, which had great flavors but leaned a bit dry (we recommend asking for extra gravy to balance it out). On the sweeter side, the **Butter Cake French Toast** was a decadent treat--it truly tasted like cake! Overall, Morning Squeeze is a great choice for breakfast or brunch lovers, especially if you want a mix of hearty and sweet dishes. Just don't shy away from customizing your order to get it just right!

Ask the Community - Morning Squeeze

I have older family visiting and we need a breakfast place. Is it too loud to accommodate people hard of hearing? If so, how cool is the outside seating?

Outside seating should work. You can probably tell how the inside seating would work for you as you need to walk in to check in with the host first.

I've only heard great things and it was such a pleasure to make a visit. The interior is ultra modern, and art-centered. On a Wednesday morning, there was one staff member holding it down and a wait/line with about 5-6 people, so the wait was about 15-20 minutes in total-- including ordering and waiting for drinks. There was mainly only paid street parking options, but it wasn't hard to find any right in front of the shop. I got two drinks: Más and Abeja, to try their matcha and coffee, and really thoroughly enjoyed both. The matcha is a little bit on the milkier side, but I did enjoy that it was completely unsweetened, and leaned on the vanilla cold foam for a light sweetness. I think I enjoyed the coffee more personally, as the honey paired super well with the espresso and oat milk. The espresso is very good. I would come back if I was in the area, I just wish the parking situation was a little different!

I saw in one of the comfy chairs while I waited for my former student to arrive. At that point, we moved to a regular table and then went and ordered drinks. She ordered a coffee, and I ordered a lemonade. We both enjoyed our drinks which were ready very quickly. There were smaller and larger tables, and there were also countertops along with business cards and marketing items at the back of the room on a thin table. It's a fantastic coffee shop designed with simplicity and producivity in mind - hosted in a gorgeous building with exposed brick and ceilings, which give it an industrial feel. My take on the space was it breathes this interesting balance of lingering, connection with others, and productivity. Almost every seat had a corresponding table, so that's a warm invitation to bring your devices in. There was a Ducati (!!!) parked right across from the coffee bar, which I later learned belongs to the owner just sharing his passion with the coffee community. Small detail, but it says something about the place. Definitely not a coffee shop trying to be a copy and paste chain. Menu had a few creative options I wouldn't mind coming back to try. They've also got their own merch line; the cups were also designed well enough that you'd actually want to keep one. There's street art right across from the shop worth a look if you've got a few minutes to spare. If you don't mind a short drive for a great cup and a space that actually feels lived in, this one delivers. PS - Parking can be tricky. It looks like there's ample space to park, but a lot of that is for Galvanize and the offices in the building. Towing trucks come over often, so heads up if you're going to park there. Don't get caught in the wrong spot.

Their simple menu is not overly complicated but has quality craft coffee and other beverages to get you loaded. The housemade syrups are a refreshing upside from the commercial syrups used at a lot of coffee shops. Almond and oatmilk substitutes are available. I like that you can add more syrup to up the sweetness, but it will cost ya. TOUCH GRASS (seasonal)- this strawberry match had a nice sweet and bitter balance of the matcha. The creaminess also mellowed out the whole drink. It is very mild with the strawberry so the sweetness was subtle. Not bad, but depending if you want more strawberry flavor you should add extra shot of strawberry syrup. Overall I think it was a really good strawberry matcha; one of the best I've had. The inside is large and spacious but very sterile like a museum. It kinda gave a cold ambiance. The only downside is that the parking lot is not huge. The spaces in the actual lot are very sparse. The side lot for parking is inconvenient as you have to walk around the long fence just to go in, so trying to get in and out quickly might be a problem. You can definitely get your coffee buzz here, but just remember folks, buzzed driving is caffeinated driving.

The vibe is really nice and chill outside and as you walk in. It is very clean. I love that there was so many different people they're studying and reading and you can tell that there was some groups that were meeting up there for like a book club, and just to have a drink! so it's really nice to know that you can have a little community inside of this nice clean coffee spot! So as I said, I got the mango black tea and it was very strong. I didn't even drink the whole thing you couldn't tell that it was mango. I tried the rose green tea arnold palmer. It was ok, just wish it was a tab bit sweeter. It was not sweet at all and I am generally not a sweet person but this would have been alot better with a little more hint of sweetness. None the less it was refreshing and the spot was a nice chill vibe.
