Chicken nachos
Jeanne N.

We're staying at the Westin for a conference in town and went to dinner downstairs. We ordered the chicken nachos and a couple margaritas during happy hour. Nachos were large enough that we split them and it was more than enough. The margaritas were refreshing and just what we needed after a long day of sitting and listening to people presenting changes to bylaws. Servers are absolutely the best, friendly, helpful, and not in your face The bar can be a noisy area, but there are seats behind the wine rack that are perfect for having a conversation. Glad we decided to stay and investigate the hotel restaurant.

My visit to Jacy and Dakota's during Restaurant Week was a definite success! We opted for the prix fixe menu, and everything was beautifully presented and delicious. We kicked things off with the Rotating Happy Hour Cocktail, which was a fantastic Prickly Pear Margarita, perfectly balanced and a great start to the meal. For the three-course menu, the appetizer, Pork Belly Bites, were a true highlight; rich, crispy, and flavorful. For the main courses, we tried both the Guajillo Chili Chicken and the Grilled Steak and Crab Chimichurri. Both were solid, inventive dishes that showcased the chef's flair. We finished the evening on a sweet note with the Churro Bites. What really elevated the entire experience was the service. Our server, Khalil, provided truly excellent, attentive, and friendly service throughout the entire meal. He made the evening feel special! Overall, this was a fantastic, high-value dining experience. A very strong four stars, and I'd certainly recommend them!

I like this place to eat at while staying at Westin in phoenix downtown! Nice service, delicious food, and nice view! We took advantage of their happy hour menu + hotel stay credit. Food quality is high and all of them are tasty! We will come back for breakfast again

Their cheesecake was wonderful. It was enjoyable to eat.

The food was wonderful. The waiter knew his stuff and what was good. It's been a long time that I've visited in the evening and the restaurant didn't disappoint. There was a singer entertaining people and he was a pretty good guitarist. It was just so nice to sit, eat and relax after a long day.

Came here after work from breakfast and it's a nice place. The service was great! I did a skillet. It was so good. The place is modern, seats were comfortable.

Three Sisters bowl with no avocado

I went to lunch here for a work meeting with someone staying at the hotel. I was happy to see a couple of vegan items marked on the menu! I ordered the Three Sisters Bowl (minus avocado, a me thing) and a side of pub fries. Both were very tasty! Probably a little overpriced given it's hotel food, but they hit the spot just fine. The pub fries were well cooked -- especially the smaller crispy bits. The bowl had black beans, rice, an assortment of veggies (squash, green peppers, etc.) and pico. It was light and fresh. Service was friendly, but a little slow. We were there for a long chat so it didn't matter, but if you're in a rush you should let them know. The location is convenient and if the weather is nice, the patio is great!

We visited before going to the Nate Bargatze show. The place was pretty busy. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable but they were a little slow and frazzled. We were disappointed because a few of the items we chose ended up being sold out which led to us not getting much food in time to go to our show. I would love to try it again when it's not so busy. They had a delish menu and I didn't get to try the things I wanted to

Incredible food! Depending on the time of day, you can find a chill brunch ambience to a popular nighttime place to hang out. The service was great too. My waitress was always checking in on us.

It was busy, but not packed, which made the service stand out more than it should have. I had to ask for water twice, never got a refill, and overall felt largely ignored--minimal eye contact, no real warmth, just an impersonal feel that didn't match the space. It felt like a place that may be a bit of a victim of its own success--popularity has grown, but delivery hasn't fully kept pace. Part of the appeal here is the permanent taco truck outside, which I know from past visits is excellent, and I love the truck's outspoken, unapologetic support for immigrants. That said, the cocktail itself was excellent. I was specifically looking for a coffee-based drink before heading to another event, and the Cambures al Estilo Foster delivered on flavor. It was tiny, though--served in a small stemmed glass, gone in a few sips. It did the job, but some may find the portion underwhelming for the price. No major complaints, but nothing pulling me back either. I'm adding a fourth star on a bit of a hunch--I'd like to think they can dial it back in if I return.

Main level/Upstairs vibe is well-lit with a true cantina bar feel. High-top tables, seats at the bar & happy hour from 4-7 pm make it ideal for some $7 drinks!!. The collection of Tequilas is GREAT. Many of which do not contain additives. I won't lie, I thought I was a big fan until I realized I didn't recognize a lot of the tequilas they had on hand. Downstairs is a whole different vibe. Custom craft cocktails, dim lighting with artwork, and more make it feel like an upscale NYC spot in your basement. I did 2 of my favorites, Paloma De Guayaba with the custom block name etched and the Baya Nueva. While in the Cantina, I had to order my friend the Basura (trash), but that wasn't the case... then again, it is served in a plastic bag, and is definitely a throwback to my early 20's of gettin' lit!!!! Always look forward to sharing this place with friends visiting and connecting with those locally.

I loved it so much that I recommended it for a Saturday night dinner with another girlfriend just recently. The food here is absolutely great and the drinks are fantastic. I ordered this Ube piña colada drink that I honestly have not stopped thinking about since, and the pasta is really good too. The overall vibe of the restaurant is very cute and unique, making it the perfect spot for a girls' night out. The only downside to the whole experience is that the parking situation is terrible, so you definitely want to plan ahead for that. My party and I had a reservation on a Saturday night at 9pm (when it's 13 people, what can you do). What kind of sucked though (and mainly why I'm deducting a star) is that we did wait an additional half hour to be seated after our reservation time. Our theory is that they didn't think the entire party would actually arrive, and they were not ready to accommodate us. To be fair, the restaurant IS on the smaller side, but there was 0 communication during that half hour on what was going on... which isn't really good for us either. We got the original set, and this somewhat confused me as well. The food was really good, and was definitely a restaurant that I'd go to for the experience, but for some reason some of the meats were doubled while others weren't. The double portions were really nice since our party was so large, we needed to split the food between 4 different grills (so each table got 2 grills each, feeding 6-7 people in total or 3-4 people per grill), but then we had to share the portions where we only got one serving. It wasn't bad, but to me, didn't make sense. The food was really good though; I didn't care too much about the soup, but the green sauce was SO good. Mixing a little with the soup was incredible. I thought the beef and pork were really good. I personally left the restaurant full, but many others in my party did not. I think it's a really good amount of food for 2 people, but when you push to 3+, you probably do not want to come hungry. Also--the live music at Pemberton next door is SO LOUD, you're going to be shouting at your table the entire night when you sit outside. I think I would come back if I wanted to show this place to someone who didn't live here, but it isn't on the top of my list for when I'm trying to eat out, but I will definitely consider this for special date night occasions. It is extremely expensive for what it is though. For $70+ you risk the chance of leaving not full which SUCKS.
