This place is located right inside the Expansive building! Parking is on the street. The owners also have a bistro downtown and just opened this cafe! This place carries delicious noble bread products and offer sandwiches and pastries! I decided to try the mazapan latte and it was DELICIOUS! Not too sweet, and honestly tasted just like the candies. I also ordered a breakfast bagel sandwich on an everything bagel and it was also SOOO yummy! The cream cheese was perfectly seasoned and the sandwich was served warm. Jamie and Dusty were both incredibly helpful in explaining the menu items! I can't wait to come back!

The service is amazing and the drinks are wonderful. I got a lotus energy drink and an iced mazapan latte. Both were delicious. Although it's not necessarily convenient if you can't walk or work there, I would return to support a local business and for the amazing service and quality of drinks.

Un agua de piña y unos chilaquiles verde con huevos medio. A pineapple water and chilaquiles verde with an over medium egg.

These chilaquiles were perfect! The right amount of crisp with a fresh salsa verde. My only regret was not ordering an extra egg. Absolutely perfect dish and plating

BOLT, don't walk to El Zaguan. I've been a fan favorite and frequent flyer to the original location on Adams for almost 3 years. I recently moved to Midtown and ventured with my dogs (in their stroller). Where to begin!! +Service is top-notch!! Jamie is passionate about providing customizable options. Not to mention if you need any downtown PHX insights, he's exceptionally knowledgeable. +The coffee is not your typical cup of Joe; it's bursting with flavor. Best iced coffee I've had (no exaggeration). I'm usually a hot coffee gal, the triple digits had me change my preference and I'm glad I did:)) +I got a 24 oz vanilla protein and banana smoothie for UNDER $8 dollars. It was DELICIOUS and hit the spot on a hot day following a long walk. +My fur babies enjoyed a $3 grilled chicken side (for salads LOL) and scarfed it!! Can't wait to be back!! Well done Jesus, Yashira, and Jamie. Eeeekkkkk!! ******** You won't be disappointed; the food, the quality, the price, the service... served to you by some of the most genuinely, kind owners you'll ever meet :))

This place has an amazing mazapán pumpkin late! I've never thought of combining the two but it's a great combination!

Great location, cheerful service and the best horchata

A little hard to find, but it's worth it. Good coffee and great service. Haven't tried the food yet but the menu looks good.

We got the Zinger and Here Comes the Sun breakfast sandwiches, the potato sidekick, kale salad, and botanical drinks. I love that they have 2 caffeine free "tea" options! The eggs in the sandwiches were the perfect level of just slightly runny. And I don't know what magic bread they use but it never feels overly heavy. The potato sidekick is amazing! I would order that again to take home and serve with dinner. I love the kale salad and it never disappoints. Cool and sweet and getting your greens in is a win! Huge fan of Zooks and hope someday they can open a central Tempe location!

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Cheba Hut is a cannabis-themed sub shop eatery, and parking ended up being manageable. The place was very busy when I arrived, so I grabbed a seat at the bar. The bartender was clearly juggling a lot but stayed friendly and personable. The place was super clean, and I immediately loved the laid-back neighborhood vibe near Roosevelt Row. I ordered the French dip sub along with a munchie- pretzel nugs. Cheba offers three sandwich sizes (Nug, Pinner, and Blunt), which makes ordering easy depending on your appetite. Everything came out fresh and flavorful, and the pretzel mugs were especially good, soft and salty, Parking here is a little more limited than some other locations, but overall I really enjoyed my first visit and was happy to learn there are multiple Cheba Hut locations around town. I'll definitely be back.

I know they are more known for their smash burgers (which also looks fire) but the bagels are where it's at. I came with a friend around 9 AM and there were a few people waiting outside but we got our order taken quickly. The flavors are super interesting but my expectations were still tempered at this point because..how good can a bagel be? The answer: so freaking good. We ordered the blueberry bagel with peach jalapeño cream cheese and an Asiago bagel with scallion Parmesan cream cheese. They came out PIPING HOT. Like it burned my fingers when I held it. For how hot this bagel was, I was surprised the cream cheese didn't just melt and flow everywhere into a big mess. The integrity was there and the hot fluffy bagel beautifully contrasted the crisp exterior. The blueberry bagel had a sprinkle of crystal sugar on top which I've never seen before but added a good texture. I loved the peach jalapeño cc. It wasn't spicy but the jalapeño flavor complimented the sweetness of the peach. We did have to wait longer than expected (about 15-20 minutes) but it was so worth it. Keep in mind that seating is outdoors but the space is covered so it is hot but not unbearable. Overall, I will be back to try other cream cheese flavors!!
