They couldn't find my order and I couldn't get any information on my phone. I decided to reorder and told them I would just dispute the charges if there was a double charge. They offered to give me the sandwich for free but I said no. They rang me up with a $3 coupon and quickly made my sandwich. When I got home I looked at my computer and it appears the order didn't submit after all. It was all my mistake, but the team at Ike's was so nice and went out of there way when I was there.
