After checking prices with their competitors, we found OOS to be the most economical of the five or so self-storage businesses in the area. So, having never rented a storage locker before, I spoke to Joseph and explained our situation. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed me the differences between the two lockers I was considering, and really helped this become a smooth and pleasant experience. He explained what I could expect from the company, and what they would expect from me in return. I left the office feeling reassured and happy. Even…read morewhen they didn't have the size truck I needed, they found one nearby, helped me with the reservation, and answered all my questions. They really went out of their way to help. It was great customer service, even when they weren't going to get the $$. I will return to them for all of my moving needs. Their storage fees are a little high for the area, but you get a first month free with a truck rental, so if you need it only short-term, it's good. Again, they gave me a free month for storage even when they weren't able to accommodate my truck rental needs.
