Life hit me really hard unexpectedly and she went out of her way to accommodate me. She is an empathetic manager and this business is very lucky to have her. I wouldn't even recommend this company to anyone else if it wasn't for Marnette based on how The other employee showed no grace for my situation and hit me with an eviction. It made my life a little more difficult because I was in another state moving and having to come back to Florida all on Christmas week was extremely hard. Thank you to Marnette for showing me grace and allowing me to get my things. I would absolutely recommend my friends to go see Marnette! She handled me with grace when I needed it most! I went there personally to meet the manager and inspect the premises and room. When I got there on my move-in day with the movers, there was no one in the office. The office was closed. I called the main phone number and it directed me to a call center. They had no idea how to get a hold of the manager. I escalated this to a supervisor. No one called me back. I had the movers idling the truck and they were on the clock. I was forced to find an alternate place miles away. I ended up spending 2 extra hours for my move. To this date (5 days later), no one from Morningstar has called me with an apology or explanation of why no one was there. Stay clear of this place.
