It's about a mile and a half walk away from our hotel. We decided to brave the heat and humidity. It's a small 3rd party mailing center located in a small strip mall and it has AC. Yes! Haha! The gal at the counter was very patient, helpful, and friendly. She patiently answered all our questions and provided us with what we needed to get our pieces of mail sent out.

An illegal demand and something no person should ever comply to. They drove off with have my stuff so fast I could not even work out a way to resolve. The owner then yelled and threatened me to pay up or he would come get it himself! I finally was able to confirm through the office that if I got them a CASHIERS check by Sat Morning , they would deliver that day. I paid extra and did that, only to be told I had to wait until MONDAY as the owner needed to verify a CASHIERS check! Really? It is a CASHIERS check! It's guaranteed funds. Called this morning to verify if the rest of my property would be delivered and was yelled at again and told me it was no big deal, no one was sick and if I make a big deal about it, they would just keep the property and delivery some other day. Nasty, rude, vengeful, rotten company. DO NOT use them. Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with.

We had little to no hope since it was late Saturday night and needed service on Sunday. These guys not only responded right away (at 9pm Sat, wow!), they offered the lowest rates - they really wanted to help. They showed up as scheduled the next day and started moving right away. The 2 movers were extremely efficient AND careful. We really appreciate that they didn't complain about anything and also figured out a way to navigate thru narrow passages with heavy items - without making a dent or scratch. The only thing we regret was not contacting them sooner and choosing them as our original movers. We can't say enough nice things and HIGHLY recommend Orlando Express Movers. My appointment time was at 3 but the line was very long with 1 or 2 people at the register. I went on a Saturday and it seemed understaffed. It was confusing on which way to line up so 2 lines had started. Thankfully, my name was called out while I was in one of the lines so I skipped ahead. Ricky assisted me from start to finish and was very pleasant to work with. He said it would take 2 hours and it did. When I returned just under 2 hours, I was offered a seat by the lady that was working which was very nice of her. I could tell she was efficient at her job and was very professional with everyone. My only wish is that they had an actual seating area inside or out for those that are waiting for installation services.

Absolutely horrific experience with Uhaul of Ocoee. I called to reserve a hitch install. I told…read morethem on the phone I was upgrading my 1.25in hitch with a 2in hitch. I asked them how long they estimated it would take and they said 1.5 hours so I told them I would wait with the car... I arrived at Uhaul of Ocoee and when checking in I told them again I was waiting with the car and I was told, "We don't have a waiting area or room but there is a dunkin' about a mile up the road. (Gee thanks.) I then asked again about how long and I was told there was three hitches ahead of me and it would be 6-7 hours but they would call me when it was done!! Why make a reservation if you just let anyone sign up for the same times?? I ended up having to pay for an Uber home (45 dollars) After 5 hours I called and was told it would be another 1-2 hours. I arrived back after two hours and I was told it would be another 90 minutes! I left again and came back in 90 minutes and was told it would be another 40 minutes! This was getting absolutely ridiculous! Finally I came back after wasting my entire day and the car was down but the hitch guy said it wouldn't start. They had left my lights on and the battery was completely drained!! The guy handed me the keys and he and the office lady just walked away! I called someone who came and jump started the car for me and I drove off. Also, the hitch guy didn't put the old hitch in my trunk (250 dollar hitch) so Uhaul stole my old hitch from me as well! When I looked at my reservation on the app they even changed my reservation from "Wait with vehicle" to "Dropping off" so they know they screwed that one up or they wouldn't have changed it. In all it took 8.5 hours to have a simple hitch installed. Not once did anyone at Uhaul even have a hint of remorse, empathy, apology, or care. Heartless, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. Never again

They worked like a well-oiled machine wrapping items that needed to be wrapped and carefully loading the truck. They took great care moving our furniture as if it were their own. They were very accommodating when they moved the furniture to the new location in that they made sure when they placed it in a room it was exactly where we wanted it. All three men were very polite and friendly and actually made the move so stress free. We will absolutely use this five star company again in the future.
