They post all of these rules and then don't enforce them (no junk cars, one vehicle per space). Neighboring spaces park on or over the line. Space markers are plastic chain that gets moved or broken away. When informed the office does nothing to correct them problem making it very difficult and time consuming to try and park our trailer. The office is vacant more than half of the time. There are better storage places. Don't store here!

I got a good price for the type of unit I wanted but was not communicated the space number. I figured I would go to the office and deal with someone the next day but would lock in the online price. I was surprised to get a text early on my move in date with my gate code and access codes. In a separate email I got the unit number and instructions on how to open the rolling door in case this was your first storage excursion. I was charged online for the first month rent and for a lock. You are automatically comp'd 30 days in insurance. My skeptical nature had low expectations but after using the access code to get into my building I found the lock and keys waiting inside the unit. Ready to go even before the office opened. Wow! This has changed my impression of the hassle I had on my previous experience. A couple things to keep in mind. Unless you go in with proof of insurance they will keep charging you 9.99 a month for Orange door insurance. They raise rents and move you up to a more expensive unit charge on a regular basis so this is best for a short term storage solution.

I have had my stuff here for less than a month and I am already moving out. The loading dock makes…read moreno sense(there are 3 spaces but if someone parks in front of the only ramp no one can access it). Where my unit is, the whole floor smells like, what I can only describe as the smell of a hair salon with hair dryers(like a burning plastic smell as if someone is using a storage unit to run a salon). When I brought this to their attention they said they couldn't find the source, but "it should be fine". All of my stuff stinks, there are now small little spiders and silverfish on my stuff, and it is pretty icky. I am literally willing to pay twice the price to move everything to a different place because of these issues. I hope they rectify them for the next person!

All of the units are ground level and we chose a unit close to the front. We were storing household items so it was important that the unit was climate controlled. They also offer non climate controlled units and have several sizes to choose from. The entire facility is very clean and well maintained. Their prices are competitive. In addition to providing storage they are also an authorized Uhaul dealer. We rented a small truck from them twice for a few hours. We we quoted reasonable price and the convenience was helpful.
